"The property was not clean: dirt and toys under a bed, dirty towel hanging up, old food in freezer, old coffee in coffeemaker. Advertised with use of pool and hot tub but we were told 10 days before the stay those weren’t accessible. There was no liners in the trash cans and no place to dispose of the trash outside. We were given 1 disposable coffee cup for 4 people, 6 nights. No other cups. No WiFi password upon arrival, had to request it. One of the TVs was difficult to get to work. ...

"This house was quiet and pleasant. Check-in was easy. The neighborhood is nice for walking, and the neighbors were friendly. We enjoyed watching the roadrunners and bunnies in the back yard. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. Nice view from the bedroom upstairs. And our host, Luis, was good communicating with us. "
