"Couldnt have asked for a more amazing view/location right next to the lake. Lovely property. clean and tidy. had everything we needed - great cooking facilities - and even oil when i came to cook :). comfortable. air con. beautiful main bedroom - with amazing view. our son loved the bath. we would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends. thank you so much"

"Our stay was very enjoyable. The property was clean, exactly as listed, really spacious so perfect for our big group. And the lake views were splendid as we also got lucky with the weather. Everybody also enjoyed the pool and the ping pong table in the garage. "

"Had a one night stay following a trip to Hobbiton movie set. Stayed in chalet Frodo which is only a 10-15 min drive from Hobbiton.The chalet is very clean and well appointed. While quite compact it had everything the two of us required for an overnight stay. We had dinner at Osteria restaurant in the main centre which is only a 3 min drive away. Thoroughly recommend Osteria for quality of food, portion size , atmosphere and price"

"Great property for our 2 night stay. Hobbiton around 20 minutes away by car. Plenty of restaurants in nearby Matamata. We particularly liked The Osteria recommended by Kylie our host. The property is spotlessly clean. Kylie provided us with a continental breakfast with freshly baked bread and homemade yoghurt. Kylie was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend "

"This is one of the best tiny home accommodation experiences. The tiny home itself is very modern and all the minor details and extras were much appreciated! Located on a farm that makes you feel like you really are in New Zealand! The outdoor fire brazier was a nice touch, bbq available to use as well Clean quality linens and a comfy bed meant a good night's sleep.
