"The location was convenient. We liked the accommodations. Although the room did not come with a fridge, hot water kettle or a microwave, the staff helped us out to address the situation. The only other thing was the wifi did not work with our laptops and there were not enough plugs to accommodate our chargers. It was a minor point and we managed to work around. I am sure the staff would have provided power strips if we asked for them."

Lots of dings and nicks in furniture, doors, etc. Restaurant makes great coffee but the food was mediocre at best and way overpriced. Felt as though the chair may fall apart under me. "My only real complaint or concern about the room is the free stand AC/heat unit which is very loud and you could hear a clanking noise which upsets my sleep. I had to shut the unit off and use extra blankets. Other than that, the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good and it was very convenient to the airport. "

"We stayed at the hotel for one week and really appreciated the cleanliness of the room, the comfort of the bed, and the heating system. All the staff who assisted us were very kind and welcoming. The location is convenient, and even the we left early and returned late, it was always pleasant to come back. Our room had a renovated bathroom, and although the décor was not modern, it was well maintained and presentable."
