"The breakfast was delicious! I chose this hotel because of the pool. The pool was “under maintenance” the whole weekend so I never got to swim. And our room did not have any hot water. We told the front desk Friday night and they said they would fix it. We left to go to dinner. No hot water Saturday morning. We let the water run and turned on the sink and still not hot. My husband took a cold shower but I refused. Sunday morning still no hot water. I called front desk and he told me to try all...

"Our room was clean, and the amenities were great! Its proximity to Yale University also was convenient via walking."

"Quaint roadside motel"

"Fine place. No issues. 15 minute drive on highway to Fairfield university."

"Very welcoming. Everything clean and comfortable. Front desk was very helpful."

"Good breakfast buffet, great location, plenty of restaurants close."

"Clean, organized and quick elevators . Helpful staff and decent breakfast. Comfortable beds and rooms."

The room had no hangers to hang clothes. No iron or ironing board. Only available if asked. No shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. Exhaust didn’t work properly and even afterkeeping on for a long time never defogged the bathroom mirror. Bed was comfortable and the TV worked. The chair to sit was all torn. No table...

"Everyone of the staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. I traveled alone and felt very safe."
