La Mansion Tagaytay
Staff is very helpful and friendly. They need a bathmat in the bathtub since it’s so high that there’s possibility to slide especially if there’s still soap lingering on it.

Royale Parc Hotel Tagaytay
Hotel is potentially great but unfortunately a few things were broken such as the safe, phone etc and the water was sometimes cold. There was also a smell of sewage. I was very disappointed that the jacuzzi was freezing cold. Reception cited maintenance issues but they were fobbing me off. I asked ...

整體很好； 不過淋浴間的地板傾斜方向是錯的，導致洗完澡後地板會積水，建議修整地板改善排水功能，房號823

Azure Staycation by Sibs
The property didnt responde in our check in. So we never checked in at all..we got scammed by this property, no response from all our calls and messages. And even expedia had a hard time contacting the this Property. And we never get a refund totally this is scammed.
