"Great family rooms, great breakfast and lovely staff. Bus stop just outside so travelling around was a breeze. Would def recommend."

"No free water, so expensive, extra charges upon arrival. Cash not accepted in the restaurant. Staying on the top bunk was so troublesome, having to climb up and down a ladder that was uncomfortable. The rungs were round so it hurt my feet, if it was flat it would be much better. It's much better to get the bottom bunk. There's no door so you can hear when people are talking very loudly. It's not separated males vs female, so as I got up to use the washroom at night, some guy was just walking...

"The place was so quiet, accessible, good parking."

"Allgemein guter Eindruck, schöner Frühstücksraum"

"Checked in with 2 kids at self check in screen at 18:00 after 5 minutes, having paid my tax, machine says can't issue my room key. Go to desk, chap disappears for 10 minutes before saying room dirty so will upgrade to a suite, this is also dirty and being cleaned so can we go through ID checks so they don't have to be done later and I can just pick up room key when it is ready in 15 minutes time, in the meantime here's a voucher for 3 free drinks at bar. Go to bar (not showing the Premier...

"Very modern clean space, Helpful staff. Wonderful restaurant with excellent service. The room was very tight though for three people with one person having to climb a ladder to get to bed. No sitting space within the room except on your bed. So the lobby became our hang out space , which was comfortable and had many charging ports. In very cold weather we took an uber to the ferry which was an easy five minute crossing."

"Always a pleasure staying here. The staff, the apartments and the location are ideal for stay in A’dam."

"The room was of a very generous size with it being very clean. Plenty of shower space as well. Generally clean throughout the whole hotel. The breakfast was fantastic with plenty of options to choose from. Would definitely stay again!"

"Very clean, perfect for business."

"The only reason I'm giving this hotel 2 stars is because of the excellent staff. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was disappointing. The breakfast was below average and not worth paying extra for I did a mistake and paid extra for 2 persons around €72 for 3 nights. I would strongly recommend not adding breakfast when booking. Basic amenities such as a shaving kit and toothpaste are not provided and must be purchased separately. The...

"really nice place , nice restaurant and spa. However, I felt like the service (check in"
