"Dårlig start ved, at der undskyldes med, at de først har modtaget vores booking dagen før og ikke tilbyder baby seng. Der er heller ingen legeplads, som der står på Hotels.com Derefter fejl ved servering af frokost. Derefter myrer på værelset... da vi vågnede om morgenen var der en stor kakerlak på gulvet. Da vi skulle betale ville de have betaling for den ekstra seng som manageren tilbød fordi de ingen baby seng havde. De endte dog med ikke at kræve betalingen for ekstra seng....

"we loved the resort, the staff was amazing. Really amazing! The only thing we didn’t appreciate was the very small portions. We booked with breakfast included but ended up with paying for another breakfast because none of us got full and I am a small girl with a very normal appetite. "

"We’re a couple of foodies who love quality cocktails and this place just blew our minds. Pretty much everything is locally sourced, which is bonkers considering the huge amount of creations coming from the kitchen and bar. Thanks to chef Sheandy, Arsana (bar) and Budi (butler) for making this an unforgettable experience. Would definitely come back in a heartbeat 10/10"

"It's a beautiful newish property with spectacular views!! It was clean and staff was super helpful and friendly. The only negative is that it is hard to find - no signs on main street and kind of bad path off the main road. The outside of the property seems to be worked on still so hopefully it will all be resolved once finished. Also not much to do right around there - but that is probably the case for many places around Bali."

"This is the most amazing hotel I’ve ever been to. With the exception of the pool. They have a great opportunity to redo the pool as an outdoor cliffside pool with amazing views. They missed the boat on that one. But the rest of the property is 10 out of 5 stars. Absolutely beautiful. Caution: for elderly that don’t like stairs. There are lots of stairs."

"Séjour incroyable, c'est notre 2ème visite. La nourriture est exceptionnelle. Le petit déjeuner est servi à la carte mais à volonté. Le diner est délicieux mais les portions un peu petites. Il fait plus frais dans cette partie de Bali, l'immense Jaccuzzi chauffée est très agréable en fin de journée. De nombreuses excursions à proximité (temples, plantations de riz en terrasse, chute d'eau, volcan, ect)"

"Super nice team of people, from the front desk, concierge, housekeeping and the restaurant team, all are very attentive and greet us with smile every time. When there were large amount of ants near by the pool, I asked for housekeeping and he immediately activated the pest control and ants were all gone by the evening. The scenaries are breathtaking, we just stayed in the whole day and just enjoyed the view from sunrise till sunset. "

"Le cadre, la chambre, les piscines sont très bien. Chambre très humide et thés proposés sentant la moisissure. Très très gentilles attentions pour notre anniversaire de mariage, service à l'écoute. La partie restaurant n'est pas à hauteur de l'hôtel, tres belle vue mais environnement non raffiné pas d'ambiance balinaise. Repas et dejeuner très quelconques. Les moins bon que l'on ait eu à Bali malgré un prix excessif. L'hôtel est très loin de tout. Les prix des taxis proposés par l'hôtel sont...

"L’hôtel est quasiment abandonné. Nous avons eu l’impression qu’aucun entretien n’est effectué. La chambre était salle. Le positif est que le personnel était très gentil et souriant. Dans le temps c’était probablement un beau complexe hôtelier qui est présentement laissé à soi même."

"Conforme aux attentes même si un peu vieillissant. Attention, vu l’isolement des chambres d’hôtel en rez de chaussée et au cœur de la jungle, il y a des insectes. Par contre, c’est hyper calme et le petit déjeuner est vraiment excellent et très diversifié. Le lobby et le restaurant sont très Class. "
