"This guest house was better than I expected. It was very clean & well maintained. The location makes it extremely convenient to walk around Old San Juan. There is limited staff onsite. They leverage technology to manage the entrance into the house as well as the rooms. Anything we needed the staff was available thru whatapp or text msg. The breakfast was also decent. Be aware the stairs to the 2nd floor are a bit steep. Not ideal for people with mobility issues or very heavy luggage. This...

"We visited Viejo San Juan for my friends birthday and this place was PERFECT! Right next to everything which made it super easy to walk to enjoy our trip. It raining very hard one of the days which did cause a few leaks in our room but the staff switched our room quickly and efficiently! "This was honestly one of the smoothest stays I’ve ever had! I got there a little early, checked in with no issues, and they gave me my keys right away. My room was on the 2nd floor with a nice balcony, and everything I wanted to see was just a short walk away. I loved the old Spanish colonial vibe of the buildings—it really added to the charm. If I ever come back to San Juan, I’m 100% staying here again!"

The glass of welcome bubbly is a really nice touch :) The only downside is that the cleaning products used in the room have a really strong smell, and it wasn't possible to air out the room during our short stay (plus there's no screens on the windows so we didn't want to leave them open at dusk/dawn)."
