Overall, the experience was memorable and enjoyable. The property itself is beautiful – the views, the layout, and the atmosphere make it an ideal getaway location.
Many of the staff members went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would especially like to recognize several employees whose service truly stood out (Cameron, Alberto, Ashley, Steven, Doug, Stephanie, Mercedes, Suzaneatte, Dawn, Kyle (server at the pool), Bryce, Morgan, Sarah and Kay - thank you!).
However, I do feel there are some areas that need improvement, particularly when it comes to pricing and guest service policies.
We opted for the all-inclusive meal and drink package, which was quite expensive, yet it did not include bottled water – something I found surprising and a bit unreasonable. In addition, the daily incidentals hold was quite high, which added unexpected pressure on top of an already premium-priced stay.
A major concern I had was with one of the managers at Harbor Yards, Kyle, whose attitude toward us was far from professional.
