The Space:
This state-of-the-art flex apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 guests with two flex bedrooms which can be opened and closed easily with sliding pocket doors. There is a full-size washer and dryer equipped with detergent. We offer Nest AC throughout the apartment.

PIER 306 welcomes you into a space where contemporary design meets functionality. This condo, situated within a vibrant urban setting, offers a unique living experience with its flexible bedroom options and inviting communal areas.

The living space is the heart of the condo, thoughtfully designed for relaxation and socializing. It features comfortable seating and tasteful decor, setting the tone for a pleasant and homely atmosphere.

The condo boasts two adaptable bedrooms, each capable of transforming from an open, airy layout to a private, enclosed space with the simple slide of a door. The master bedroom is a haven of comfort, featuring a king-size bed and elegant furnishings. The second bedroom, equipped with two single beds, is equally comfortable and versatile, making the condo suitable for families or groups.

One of the highlights of PIER 306 is its large balcony and its view of the city. This outdoor space, accessible from the living area, is furnished with a table and chairs, creating a perfect setting for a morning breakfast or an evening relaxation session. The balcony not only offers a refreshing outdoor escape but also provides a scenic view of the surroundings.

Each bedroom has its bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests. The bathrooms are designed with a modern touch and are equipped with high-quality amenities like L'Occitane products, adding a sense of luxury to your daily routine.

It features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, utensils, dishes, and glassware. We also provide olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, kitchen towels, and paper towels.

Unlike any rooftop in Puerto Vallarta. It contains a state-of-the-art infinity pool that offers panoramic views of the bay and the city. Sunken lounge area with fire pits and Jacuzzi. There is an amazing bar with great cocktails. You can relax in the rooftop library and pool cabanas. It’s perfect for sunset while enjoying the awesome views. The rooftop includes tanning areas, 2 Jacuzzi, palm trees, and an ocean-view gym.
The building has 24-hour security staff.

Guest Access:
PIER 306 is located on the 3rd floor of the PIER 57 building, offering guests easy access to a variety of shared amenities, including a gym, a rooftop pool, and communal lounge areas. The condo's location combines the advantages of privacy with the convenience of being part of a vibrant community.

Any type of noise beyond what is considered reasonable is not permitted in the apartments or the common areas. All residents, guests, or renters have the right to enjoy a tranquil environment. Glass is not permitted in the pool area. Please use cans or plastic cups and containers for beverages. Only music players with personal headphones are allowed in the pool area, boom boxes or amplified music is not allowed. Do not hang clothes, towels, or bathing suits on the glass rails of your balcony or balcony furniture. Please wipe down the equipment with the spray and paper towels provided in the gym.

The building also offers a gym, pool, bar, and rooftop terrace.

The Neighborhood:
You can find many shops, pharmacies, jewelry stores, cafes, all kinds of restaurants (Mexican, Italian, seafood, Asian, Greek) of course some romantic places by the sea, and fun (bars, karaoke, disco) within a 3-10 minutes walk.
There's a place to have a wonderful and quiet breakfast just around the corner, Cafe San Angel. Tacos, hamburgers, pizza, salads, seafood!

Getting Around:
Uber and taxis are available in the area anytime.

If you require Airport transportation, we have a suburban available for $120 USD. Just let us know if you want the service.

If you have a car, we include private parking with your stay and 24/7 Security.

Other Things to Note:
CHECK-IN: From 3:00 PM. Your concierge will welcome you in the lobby.
CHECK-OUT: At 11:00 AM. Please wait for your concierge to return the keys and check the apartment.
CLEANING: Scheduled cleaning is included in your stay (exceptions may apply).
PETS: Small and medium-sized pets are welcome. $120 USD pet fee per stay.
VISITORS: Max 2 visitors allowed (not overnight). Unauthorized overnight guests will incur a fee.
ENERGY USAGE:
Your stay includes 25 kWh/day. Help us save energy by turning off lights and A/C when not in use.
The unit has NEST AC controllers – we’ll gladly show you how they work.
Recommended settings: 22–24°C (72–75°F), turn off when leaving the apartment. If you set the AC below 72°F, the system will automatically shut off for safety reasons.

Mediocre apartment and deceptive fees

The apartment ( which is really a one bedroom at best) lacked most standard provisions such as a coffee maker and even a trash can in the kitchen. The housekeeping service was not adequate and they took all the towels, which were not replaced. Then I paid for an early check in and check out, Only to find out that it only covered a minimal extra time, even when the unit was available for the next night Would not recommend this property or manager.

Great location

The location was perfect if you want to be in the middle of Old Town. There is a club below the balcony that was a little loud a couple times, but manageable. The rooftop pool was huge and wasn't ever too crowded. The door to the main bedroom doesn't completely close off to the living/kitchen area so if there are other occupants in the room, you can hear everything in the other room.

Great unit, great pool, great location. We did have a mechanical issues and it was resolved quickly, with a focus to make sure that the issue was resolved to our satisfaction. They have a GREAT on site support team. Will stay here again.

Always a favorite spot

Love the unit, beds comfortable, very clean and sparse. Great small patio with folding chair type furniture. Location and rooftop exactly as pictured and beyond beautiful- area walkable with amazing restaurants, so close to beach. Other than not cozy deck furniture, downside was in large bedroom, shades pull-down but only blackout in bedroom for privacy, no way to fully be private in bedroom as there is no separator and sheer shades in main area so neighbors can see in. Really not a huge deal for us but for very private people could be an issue. Bring eye shades.

Beautiful property, very modern. Roof deck and pool was exceptional. Staff was very pleasant. I appreciated the very comfortable bed and bed linen. The one drawback was the lack of storage for personal items, and the very poor lighting in the bathroom.

Great night life location

If you are interested in the night life of Puerto Vallarta, this location is in the heart of Zona Romantica. Lots of restaurants, bars and nightly music. Room has minimal storage and seating. One couch in the living area. No dressers and one closet. Minimal kitchen supplies. AMAZING rooftop pool!

Beautiful but disappointed

Fantastic views and spectacular roof pool in a great area but then… Not a single chair in the unit-ridiculous One tv in 2nd bedroom. Lay down or sit on edge of bed. There were 4 uncomfortable wooden bar stools. Balcony had two metal folding chairs and a small table. Shampoo and conditioner on floor in shower, no shelves. 2nd bedroom has no closet and no drawers. In kitchen 2nd shelves are unreachable for normal people. Don’t plan on making meals there very much. One spoon and one spatula. Knives were sharp though. Front door is unfinished with no face plates. Looks like a trailer park with door open. Sliding doors stick and one of the blinds is inoperable. While we liked the building, clearly this unit is trying to maximize revenue. They were so proud to tell us they gave us a free bottle of water, one coke, and one beer First negative review I’m ever leaving. Staff was great.

Great Location, Beautiful Villa

We arrived at the Villa and checkin was super easy. The villa was beautiful, modern and in a great location. The only negative is that it was listed as a two bedroom when in actuality it was a one bedroom with a second sleeping area with a retractable wall. The second "bedroom" did not have a window or a closet or a dresser for clothes. Overall we had a great experience however the unit was smaller than we expeected
