"The room and carpet were clean, breakfast was much better than “continental” and staff were helpful, though pierced, dyed and tatted😆 Maintenance was sorely lacking, repairs done poorly and inadequately."

Hyatt Place Provo
"Wonderful stay and great location. It would be nice to have the front desk better staffed. There were multiple time when you would have to wait until someone appeared. Perhaps consider a phone number a person could call if they need to check in or checkout or answer questions."
