Incredible BEACHFRONT Location!

Crystal Sands Villa on Sapodilla Bay Beach is unbelievable! The Villa's setting is amazing!!! This southernmost beach on Providenciales is a cove protected from the wind by the surrounding points. It offers shelter for sailboats, many of which moor just off the shore, creating the most picturesque view imaginable. The water is crystal clear. Its aqua tones bounce off the summer clouds and continually display an aura of colors. The beach’s crystal sands sparkle in tranquility! Sunsets are indescribable. Bring your camera. You will want to capture your friends and family in this magnificent setting!

MULIT-FAMILY FUN: The villa is perfect for large families who want to vacation together, but who desire a bit of personal space, as well. It is also perfect for friends who love to travel together, yet have their own space. When you rent our villa, your travel group will be the only tenants on the property.

VACATION COMFORT: Large open great room! Fabulous views! Modern, fully equipped kitchen! Dining inside or outside! Bedrooms with a beach view! Spacious baths with walk-in showers! Fifty foot covered patio and balcony! Private pool area! Large shady palapas! Beachside palapas! Comfortable loungers! Tropical gardens!

AGREEMENT: We do require our own completed reservation agreement in addition to the payment, regardless of what the VRBO generated correspondence indicates. We want to be sure you understand all our relevant Terms and Conditions before you commit.

BEDROOMS: Crystal Sands Villa is one 4 bedroom, 4 bath villa which has two independent 2 bedroom suites. Each of the four bedrooms has a direct view of the beach! The rooms are large, open and airy. In the Beach Level Suite, a third room has two additional twin beds in a bunk bed! In the Penthouse suite, the Owners can obtain a rollaway bed for a child if requested in advance. Sleeps 10 in bedrooms. Recommend 8 adults max and up to 4 small children, if two are infants who sleep in a Pack and Play.

SURROUNDING AREA: Just a short walk to the east, on Sapodilla Hill, is the famous site at which shipwrecked sailors carved their names in stones. These stones still survive. The site is such a national treasure that replicas of some of the carvings have been made and put on display at the airport! Make it a point to include this walk while you are here. We are also very close to Chalk Sound National Park.

RESIDENTIAL: Crystal Sands Villa is located in an exclusive residential area of Providenciales. We have a lovely restaurant, Las Brisas, within walking distance. Other shops, restaurants, activities, sites and facilities are within an easy drive within a 10 square mile area. Renting a car is recommended.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: Custom Check-in (3-4 pm, typically). Every effort is made to offer early check-ins. However, completion of housekeeping depends greatly upon the condition in which the group departing on the same day leaves the villa. Our guests are typically quite respectful and they do leave things as they have found them. 9:30 am Check-out

CHANGEOVER: Saturday only. Our villa typically rents for seven night periods, beginning on Saturdays. We are flexible with last minute availability. Please contact us directly.

AIR CONDITIONING OPTIONAL: Although tropical breezes keep the villa pleasant, optional air conditioning is available at extra charge based on metered usage and a predetermined fixed rate. Included in our rate is a $200 allowance which should cover conservative nighttime usage.

PAYMENTS: Please note that we respond to our inquiries personally with our own email address, not with a rental company address. We use the Homeaway/VRBO online secure payment system. Contact us if you have any concerns about the authenticity of the response.

NON-SMOKING: Crystal Sands Villa is Non-Smoking.

We STRONGLY recommend “Cancel for Any Reason” insurance available from large, reputable insurance companies for anyone who has any reason to believe he may cancel at any time. Travelers can obtain such insurance; Owners cannot. Please protect your investment and purchase insurance.

We loved just being able to walk out on the beach from our rental everyday. It was convenient to purchase drinks from the local vendors everyday. The beach was beautiful. Our hosts were awesome!

Beautiful place but lousy neighbors

I would give the house, owners and location a 10 out of 10. The ONLY negative was a group of beach bars manned by locals who played rap music from noon till 10 pm every day. The music was loud enough for everyone on the beach to (enjoy?) it. I would like to say we got used to it, but the best we could do was tolerate it.All the house owners on the beach are trying to get the local authorities to get them to stop or at least turn the volume down. If they are successful, it would be a fantastic place with a 10 out of 10 rating. We were a group of 4 couples. The house was perfect for us and we still had a great time despite the annoying music and inconsiderate locals.

Paradise!

There were 8 of us celebrating a 40th birthday and this place was perfection! Being able to walk right down to the beach, having our own chairs and umbrellas, and the pool was amazing. There were many places for people to be in the shade, relax and read, or just be alone. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay easy and comfortable; also they were very communicative. On the beach, you have a food and couple drink vendors (mocktail smoothies too) who are very friendly. We did a couple water sport activities too, that were right there. We are already planning our next stay!!!

50th Anniversary celebration family trip!

The property was beautiful just in an unfortunate location. Plenty of space for all 10 of us to spend time together or alone. We had kids ages 13,14,16, &17, two senior citizens, and 4 40-somethings. The kids liked the bunk beds and a room to themselves. The beach was stunning and completely as described minus the copious amounts of trash left behind by fellow beach goers every single day. The conchy conchy bar people were rude and played loud,inappropriate rap music until all hours of the night almost every night. We never approached them about it for fear of retaliation. We also had to fight to keep people off of our beach chairs and area every day. Yes, the beach is public but we paid to use the area and chairs provided.The villa is zero frills. Basic utensils and kitchen supplies. We used a scissor to cut a pizza the night we came in because it was late. The upstairs dishwasher only worked in a rinse cycle. The sheets and towels were clean and comfortable.There wasn’t a real bug problem. No difference from other places we’ve been. The rats however were all over the place. Not indoors that we ever saw but all over the “backyard” area. We enjoyed our week but there were some serious stressors that shouldn’t happen for the amount of money paid. If we ever visit Turks again it would definitely be in a different location.

Beautiful Spot in Turks and Caicos

Stayed with our family including a 3 year old. Felt very safe and the home was lovely. Right on the water. Beautiful weather. The hosts were terrific throughout the trip.

Perfection

I have been asked many times since being home how my trip was, and perfect has been the only word to describe it. This is entirely due to the house, it is beautiful, safe, clean, and accommodating. We travelled as a group of 9 (ages 12-64) and had ample space. The proximity to the beach and beauty of the water will have you in awe. We are already talking about going back because we can’t imagine finding another house in the Caribbean that matches everything this house had to offer.Quick tips if you rent. If you plan to cook meals take the trip to IGA as they will have everything you need. We tried a few of the local super markets and they just didn’t have enough for a large group to eat a healthy meal.If you want to save money on beer and alcohol buy directly from Turks Head Brewery. They have local liquor in the gift shop.

Best week on the Beach! So stunning and fabulous! 10/10

We just returned from an unforgettable stay at this stunning beach villa and I highly recommend it! From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the beauty surrounding us—both the villa & Sapodilla Bay are even more breathtaking in person than in the pictures. The views from every suite & living space were spectacular! This is, by far, the best beach on the island! The location is absolutely fantastic. The combination of a gorgeous beach, a private pool, and spacious verandas/patios made for the ultimate relaxing getaway. The house itself was impeccably clean & comfortable. The owners were so helpful and welcoming! Everything you needed was included. One evening we hired a private chef for dinner and that was a highlight of the trip! The sunsets are breathtaking and gorgeous! We rented a vehicle which made getting around the island so easy. Everything is within a 20 minute drive at the longest! We spent 2 half days on a boat snorkeling, lobster and conch diving which was so fun! Las Brisas is across the street. We had lunch there twice and spent the afternoon there by the pool on our last day after check out while waiting for our departure later in the day. If you are looking for the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure, this beach villa offers it all. In short, this is the ideal place for anyone seeking an unforgettable, luxurious, and peaceful escape for all ages. The 2 separate living areas (up & down) worked out perfectly for our family! We cannot wait to return!

Paradise

We had a wonderful stay at Crystal Sands Villa. The property is quite spacious & beautiful. It’s located right on the beach providing spectacular views. It’s just a short drive to Grace Bay where we discovered delicious food. The weather was perfect all week. This villa is exceptionally clean and management is easy to get a hold of. Highly recommend this beautiful villa if you’re looking for a wonderful & relaxing vacation.

Gorgeous and calm

My family, ranging from ages 70 to 2 years old stayed here for a week. We found the property had everything we needed, and the beach was calm and stunning. We did have to drive quite a bit to any activities, groceries, or restaurants.

Wonderful girls trip!

This villa was spectacular ! The views from each level are superb ! We had 6 friends traveling and everyone said it was the best trip ever ! A few of us had been to TCI before but not for awhile. Everything that you need is in the well appointed kitchens on each level - we grilled a few nights and Las Brisas a few yards up the street had excellent meals .The beach was awesome ! The villas have security guard that walk the grounds 24 hours and are very helpful! Yes there are vendors that sell food and drinks right next to you but that is convenient if you want that . IF you don’t want music on the beach - well they do play it from mid day to early evening - 3 different vendors playing different music - we liked the quiet on the before abs after if that The location for us was great as we just wanted to relax with an awesome view. ! Thanks to the hosts for great communication and shout out to Nikole at Pure indulgence spa who came out and gave us massages !

What an amazing place. Accommodated an early checkin with flight change Owners emailed prompt, AC was great in the hot weather.. pool was clean and refreshing.... Quiet and on the beach. Plenty of room for 10 of us with two separate family areas. Would 100% rent again :)

As beautiful as the pictures!

The house and Sapodilla bay are as beautiful as the pictures. As we were sitting on the beach we heard several people say things like "this is the best beach" and "we should have been coming here all week". What a fantastic location ... we saw the resorts on grace bay and our kids (ages 23, 21, 19, 17 & 15) all agreed the house, pool and beach were waaay better than being at a resort. Even though it is a public beach, the pool and veranda are very private and the beach never seemed too crowded. Most days in the early morning and evenings were were by ourselves on the beach. One afternoon we went to long bay beach and our daughter's comment was "I should've stayed at our beach". The house was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed renting jet skis and having frozen drinks from the vendors.

Amazing beach & water

There were 8 adults staying here. The view from the top floor is amazing. walking out directly to the beach from downstairs was awesome. The area is a bit secluded and away from all the main resort areas, but if you like that, it's amazing. We hung out at our beach most of the time. We even cooked dinner most nights here and just had a very relaxing vacation. There are local vendors that set up beach chairs very very close to this house's designated area. It wasn't too much of a hassle. There's a local security guard that looks out for the house and its occupants. There's also beach venders that sell food and even better Rum drinks and have full bar set ups. This ended up being the best part of the beach. The water is very shallow and calm and awesome to hang out in a floaty all day with drinks in your hand. I loved every minute of it. (We went to the beach just next to ours one day to check it out but it ended up being too boring and no rum drinks, so we came back!)

AMAZING Property

LOVED this property overall, plus Dana & Scott are so responsive and helped with anything we needed. The beach where this property is located is one of the best beaches on the island, in my opinion. We also saw other folks coming back day after day to this beach, even though they were staying at other locations on the island. Pool was great for our kids, the location can't be beat, and it was an AMAZING vacation overall. We also appreciated having local vendors for food and beverage options while on the beach. They were friendly and we had no issues whatsoever.

Wonderful property and location

We had a great, relaxing time, location couldn't be better. Property was large and spacious and very clean. Separation of upstairs and downstairs was a little inconvenient but it also allows for a degree of extra privacy. The beach and ocean were fabulous and spotless, nearby vendors weren't too noisy and proved to be very convenient. Dana and Scott were gracious hosts.

Vacation of a lifetime

Crystal sands is absolute paradise. Our family and friends really enjoyed our stay. The home is right on the beach. You can rent jet skies, paddle boards etc right from the beach. It’s a great area for young kids as the water is very calm. Looking forward to heading back next year. Thank you Dana and scott for the easy check in and checking out process. I would very much recommend staying here.

Beautiful Property & Great Hosts!

Our first trip to Turks & Caicos was absolutely tremendous thanks in no small part to our hosts, Dana and Scott, and their magnificent property, Coconut Beach Villa. From the very start, Dana's communication was always clear and comprehensive; she gave us a full download on what to expect and things to do to make our stay outstanding. Coconut Beach Villa is a beautiful property sitting on Sapodilla Bay. The house has all the comforts of home, is clean, and spacious. Sapodilla Bay and its white sand beach, clear water, and spectacular views is an absolute treasure that we, will not only miss, but can't wait to get back to. I never thought I would be in a place that looks exactly like what you only see on vacation ads with enhancements to the pictures and all. The ones that are so beautiful that you just know they aren't real. Well, some are...Coconut Beach Villa on Sapodilla Bay are; it was exactly like the pictures. Usually by the end of a long stay, we are ready to go home and get back to our own home, but this time was different. My wife actually shed tears that we had to leave this place. We will never forget it. Thank you Dana and Scott for making our first trip to Turks perfect!

Sapodilla Bay Beach

Great owners, Great house, Great Beach, Great water!! Beaches are public so having people come right in front of us daily setting up on beach was bothersome, Beach vendors hawking drinks, food and jet ski rentals was also bothersome. They played loud music, if you could call it music, which was very annoying. This house is the farthest away from the vendors and music, so to us it was the best location on Sapodilla. The house and views were perfect. Over all it was Great and I think would be hard to beat. I am sure had we rented on grace bay we would have encountered the same issues, if not more.

Heaven by the Sea

This is the second year our family has enjoyed an amazing vacation in Coconut Beach Villa. The twin villas are perfect for us. My daughter, her husband, and my two granddaughters stayed in one, my other daughter, and her husband and I stayed in the other. The property is beautifully maintained and has everything you’ll need… everything!!! Even a stash of flotation rafts and toys under the house. Something for everyone… The view will take your breath away and calm your soul every morning when you walk out of your room and every evening as you watch the sunset. You’ll remember how to exhale and truly relax. I can’t say enough about the property managers, Dana and Scott, who are absolutely delightful, professional, informative and immediately responsive to any questions. Their guidance and insights are proactive and priceless. Our family has been blessed to be able to visit a number of islands over the years and they are, by far, the best property managers we’ve ever met. We always leave them feeling like we’ve just visited close friends. The IGA Food Store is close and well stocked. We all love scuba diving and always go with AQUATCi… a terrific group. We can’t imagine a villa, a beach or a location that could be better. You will NOT be disappointed… not even a little. Enjoy!!!!
