The house was a very short walk to Sapodilla (maybe 4 min with little kids), and we love that beach!! "The house is as nice as the pictures show with a beautiful view and everything you would need for a wonderful vacation. The pool is nice to relax in and the beach is convenient to walk to. We had a big bowl of fresh fruit and beer and water waiting for us. We met the owners Christine and Christian who were very kind and their dog Mimi who is a cutie. "Absolutely fabulous, the views, the privacy, the pool, and the villa itself. Everything was perfect, my only complaint was that nowhere on our reservation did we have the name Sunrise ridge, so it was hard to find. I would suggest you just include that, but 💯 loved it, recomend it, and we will be back!"

"This is our third time visiting Turks & Caicos and second time staying in a VRBO on Chalk Sound. The Villa on Chalk Sound was perfect. The back decks, pool, with access to the sound was amazing. We enjoyed the kayaks and being so close to Sapodilla Bay and Taylor Bay beaches (by far the most beautiful beaches on the island, not a steep drop-off like you find in Grace Bay). "The best part of this unit is the pool area and the private beach access and beach chairs and umbrellas, as mentioned by other reviewers. No signage to the unit so hard to find initially. The unit itself is a small studio with large windows that unfortunately open to the neighbouring patio on one side and to the walkway to the upper unit villa and pool on the other, so curtains stay closed unless you like people looking in. "Communication with property manager was excellent! The home was absolutely incredible. We had a group of five couples. The layout of the home fit our group perfectly. The pool area was amazing. House was stocked with essentials that lasted us the week. Need towel racks or hooks in the upstairs bathroom. No place to hang wet towels. Other than that, no complaints. Highly recommend this home!!"

"This property was a great way to experience TCI! Quiet and out of the way yet with lots to do within walking distance! We loved Luz, the property manager and met great new friends on the courtyard! The owners were quick to respond to questions and the unit was located perfectly for easy in and out! Highly recommend. Estuvimos 6 noches y en ningún momento fueron a realizar la limpieza del cuarto y proporcionarnos más artículos de higiene (champú, jabón, papel higiénico), aún y cuando se les pidió en más dos ocasiones. Por otro lado expedía afirma que los impuestos del 40% son por parte del hotel sin embargo en el hotel no cobran mas que el 12% de IVA... Jamás vuelvo a utilizar los servicios de expedia "
