The Silver Palms Cottage is tucked away at the water's edge in a small cove on the south coast of Providenciales, overlooking the tranquil turquoise waters of Long Bay Beach. This charming little cottage offers self-catering accommodation for a maximum of 6 people in three cozy bedrooms. It is the ideal spot for a romantic getaway or a fun family vacation. Silver Palms Cottage is the perfect alternative to the traditional hotel and resort experience. Our comfortable little cottage can be your private beach home for a weekend, a week, or a month.

The cottage, decorated in a casual but homely style, includes a comfy living room complete with cable TV, a DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen, and bedrooms with comfortable queen-size, double, and twin beds. The spacious deck, with panoramic views of the bay, is furnished for alfresco dining.

Step off the deck onto miles of wide, natural, virtually uninhabited beach that invites you for leisurely walks, shelling, and sunbathing. You might see an occasional beachcomber or a couple of day-trippers, but most of the time you’ll have the sands to yourselves.

Quiet and secluded, yet accessible to everything. We are just a few minutes from many fine restaurants, shops, galleries, supermarkets, and banks. Golfing and boating/ sailing facilities are also in close proximity.

For the adventurous, many exhilarating excursions and unique adventures are available through local tour operators. Some of the island's best water activities can be found right here. Long Bay beach is the premier beach on the island for kiteboarding. Kiteboarding takes place just a few kilometers away. The mangroves that flank the eastern coastline of the property offer the perfect opportunity for kayaking and fishing. Inflatable Kayaks and Canoe are provided at the cottage for the use of our guests. Explore the nearby coastal mangroves with these lightweight, easy-to-use kayaks and canoes.

If you are in search of peace and harmony, just enjoy the serenity of your own private cottage. Relax on the deck and soak up the warm sunshine or toast marshmallows while sitting at your private fire ring and watching the magnificent sunsets. Alternatively, you can visit one of the many spas on the island.

There are only a few private, non-condo, beach homes available on Long Bay Beach, Providenciales that are directly on the sand and this is one of them. The property is located right on the beach. You step off the deck right onto the beach.

Alternatively, spend the day wadding in our 27ft swimming pool. A refreshing dip goes a long way after a hot day of site seeing. A great spot for reading a good book, an evening cocktail, and meeting new friends. The pool area is a favorite gathering spot for guests. So come and make Silver Palms Cottage your home away from home.

Turks & Caicos Beach House

We have never stayed in a beach front home. This home was literally 30 steps to the ocean.Super clean accommodation’s with a salt water pool - a one of kind on the island. We walked to coffee and dinner and just short drive from the shops and stores. Another high light was the bonfire on the beach.

A good place if you have kiddos

We were 5 adults without kids. While the property was a good place for us to rest our heads, we thought it would be helpful to clarify its features. The water in the cove in front of the house is very shallow. You had to walk out almost a 1/4 mile to get above your knees.The 5 of us adults couldn't fit in the living room unless we brought a chair in from the porch.The upstairs bedroom is really for children. Since there was not a king size bed, two of our friends used it. The spiral stairs were VERY tight. It was extremely difficult to carry suitcases up. AND at the top of the stairs, you hit your head on the ceiling if you were more than 4 feet tall. Once inside, you couldn't open the windows because there were no screens and it was very stuffy. Because the a/c was metered and we were warned many times not to leave it on, the temperature was a problem. There was a half bath attached to the BR that only had half a door so there was no privacy in that bathroom. There was also a light that shined through a window that had no shade. So, those friends had sore heads from the low ceiling and couldn't sleep because of the light, the heat and the sounds of each other using the bathroom.We had other challenges that were dealt with quickly. The hosts were lovely as was Ben the groundskeeper who helped us quiet down a noisy neighbor. But we felt it was important to share the features of the property so others could plan accordingly.

Great Property and Location!

This is a very unique property located near one end of Long Bay Beach. The house is nicely finished and well equipped. You walk out the back door to a beautiful beach where you can lay in the cabana or sit in a chair. The property shares a pool with the neighboring house. We had a great time and would recommend to anyone.

Very comfortable house on private kiting beach

We rented both houses for a party of 12 and it was perfect in every way. Ben helped us to light a bond fire on the beach most every night. Half of our party enjoyed kite boarding from the beach into long bay. Others enjoyed sitting on the outdoor bed and reading while others swam in the pool or at the beach. We had some issue with air conditioner but that was resolved quickly. We ate together on the porch at night and bugs were not an issue at all. There was a friendly dog who visited us from time to time. We had a toddler with us and it was perfect since the water at the beach is very shallow with no drop off. . All in all a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of long bay beach. Our hosts were very responsive and even accommodated us for an extra night!

Would return in a heartbeat!

This was the perfect property and perfect stay for us. The home was ideal for our family, the bonfire was amazing every night, the screened in porch perfect for nightly dinners, the beach and water and pool just wonderful! We had the best time and felt so blessed to get to stay here for Christmas. It was very special! Owners were incredibly responsive and Ben was wonderful in helping us with anything we needed. Just be sure to pack big spray! :) we would love to come back another time!!

Quiet beach

The house is definitely out of the way, but that was ok for us. We did go to the other side of the island a few times and walk around shops and the beach of Grace Bay, but the quiet around this house was very nice. We did not know that there were two houses sharing the pool, which was fine. The house and beach area are very well maintained. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Amazing house in a quiet area of town

We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. The house was very clean, and it had more than enough paddle boards and kayaks for the entire family to use. The beach was cleaned and raked every morning before we were even awake. Ben, the care taker was absolutely amazing and just a kind person. He would check in daily to make sure everything was good, and made sure we knew how to get a hold of him if we needed anything. We would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a beautiful beach house right on the ocean to relax at and enjoy.

Terrific Location, Clean Place, Overall Great

It was really amazing being footsteps from your back porch to the water. We tend to stay away from the mega resorts where you spend 20 minutes to get from your room to the water. If that is you, this is the place. Also, the property was clean and well furnished, the on-site maintenance was always available or cleaning up the property. Overall was great, highly recommend it.

School Break with grandkids, daughter and son in law

We were greeted by Ben the property manager, it was reassuring he was close by if we needed anythibng; We loved Ben! Nice shallow water, didn't worry about kids in the water, could walk out very far. The kids and I took the kayaks out to mangroves and saw fish, birds and stingrays. Comfortable beds, everything nice and clean. I would definately go back and recommend this house.

Beautiful beach home

This was the perfect place to stay! The home was beautiful, so many water activities right out our back door and with a gorgeous view of the water. It was quiet and peaceful and the grounds were kept so clean. It was also in a great location — just a quick drive to many restaurants and other beaches. We were able to spend so many days hanging out at the pool or beach and our morning breakfasts in the screened in room were perfect.

Peaceful & Secluded Stay

The cottage met all our expectations and provided everything we needed. The beachfront location is wonderful. The cottage is well equipped. The daily care/cleaning of the beach was especially appreciated. There was a small issue with the porch screen door not closing; and, a quick text & a couple hours later it was repaired. If ever to visit Providenciales again, would stay no place else.

Quiet location, fun property

Spent 4 nights in July. Property was very clean inside and out, beds were comfy, property managers were super responsive to questions. There was seaweed on the beach in general but they did an awesome job of cleaning the seaweed in front of the property so our views and our beach area was pristine. Loads of water toys which were super fun. It is shallow for a very, very long way. Ideal for smaller kids, not as ideal for bigger kids but an awesome place to start and end your day.

sunshine and quiet

The house was just the right size. It was clean and well maintained....if we had any problems, Ben , the maintenance man responded quickly. There was a screened in porch which took you out to the back yard, actually it took right onto the beach where there were an array of toys, kayaks, paddle boards. you could wade out "forever" and just be p to your waist. We brought a couple of "floaties" and just chilled...it was so relaxing !! It was quiet and peaceful.

Beautiful property on the beach!!

We had an amazing week at this place. Having a place right on the beach was awesome. The rooms all had AC, which was great. I spent a lot of time on the outdoor bed watching all the kite boarding going on, which was so cool. The kids loved taking the paddle boards and kayaks out. We enjoyed walking down to the Shore Club and having dinner one night as well. We definitely recommend this place, and Ben was great to communicate with when we had a question.
