"This property is not as advertized. It is being renovated. There is demolition and construction debris strewn about the property including old deck railing, chain link fencing and barb wire, rusted out wheelbarrows. The "pool" shown in the picture is an open hole in the ground. Some of the decking has been replaced but the remainder is rotted with boards sticking up and holes through the wood and mostly covered with old pool equipment and ladder. "Check in was easy but listing stated that there was AC and I didn’t know that it was located only in the bedroom. It was ok in the rest of the dwelling only when the bedroom door was open. Host responded but was slow with his responses I was greeted with many bugs and it was a very uncomfortable experience. "LaToya was absolutely the worst host I've ever encountered. I have rented many homes, all over the Caribbean & the world & I have never had the problem I had here. Upon check-in we noticed how unusually warm the home was. I immediately reached out to LaToya to whom became defensive, argumentative and unwilling to properly resolve the issue.
