This location is ideal for both work and play trips. FREE PARKING for 1 vehicle in a lot right next to the units entrance. Full bathroom, kitchen, and open living space; you will have everything you need inside of these four walls.

Bad communication and misleading discrimination

The host didn't communicate! The wrong code was sent. The TV didn't work and closet doors removed to a unsightly utility area. There was no top sheets on the bed. The last straw was finding a needle on a shelf under the TV. This is when he finally responded. We felt unsafe and had already left. He has ignored my messages and will not return or money. Bad experience WeWeWeWenever

Good apartment, good location

The apartment was comfortable and had everything I needed. The bed was good, the shower was good, the toiletries were good. I especially enjoyed the location, in the charming Federal Hill neighborhood and within walking distance of the convention center. I would stay there again.

We had an unpleasant experience here. The bedsheets and linens were soiled when we reached and also had hair all over. Space is much smaller than advertised. Closet had trash. Ceiling had patch ups(low ceiling) overall, we could not choose to stay here with family and had to find a last minute hotel room. Random people walking outside at night. Also the windows towards the main road didn’t close. Not what we expected. Host was responding to calls but not clear with answers. Not a good experience for family.

Great location but wouldn’t stay here again with 3

The location is great, public transportation was easy, but I wouldn’t say it sleeps 3 people. I stayed here with my partner and his sister while we were in town for a book convention and the futon was rock hard and so tiny. I’m 5’4” and my legs hung off the end when stretched out. We took turns sleeping on it since it was so uncomfortable, like sleeping on hardwood floors scattered with metal lining, so in my opinion the space sleeps 2 adults. A pull-out couch or higher quality futon would fix the issue. We loved that we were within walking distance to cafes and restaurants and it only took 15 mins on the bus to get to downtown Providence. The front door is directly on a sidewalk with foot traffic and the door lock was so outrageously simple (as simple as it could get) we did feel a bit uncomfortable leaving our belongings in the space while gone, so I contacted the owner to ask if he could change the lock code to something more complicated. He said he understood my worry but he had never had any problems and if he had time he would come down and change it but he never did.

Efficient studio

Everything needed is here for a comfortable stay in this small studio. Pictures on website are accurate. Easy going manager answers texts and calls and any questions. We enjoyed our 2 day stay.

Great, central efficiency in Federal Hill

Great, roomy efficiency right near the main drag in Federal Hill (restaurants, etc.) Clean and well stocked, looks exactly like pictures in the description. Check in and out was a breeze, and Robert answered the phone right away with the one question I had. Highly recommended.

Great lodging and a great host!

My family really enjoyed our stay! The accommodations were incredibly clean, and the house is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host could not have been more accommodating and kind, and was always incredibly responsive with questions and any needs. The location was very good, and we were able to walk to many nearby shops and restaurants. My family and I highly recommend!

3 Day Stay

Clean and Cute

The studio was very clean and easy to find. The check-in process was very easy. The bed was comfortable and we had no issues with anything. The one thing that was a minor inconvenience was a lack of a baking sheet to cook with but it really didn't hinder us as all. The studio was very cute and welcoming as well as very close to anything you could need. We would absolutely stay there again.
