From the lovely ladies on reception who could not do enough for you Aglaia and the lady who printed off my urgent documents as well as the cleaners, and the restaurant staff. I would like to make special for Maria from Frenaros a wonderful young lady who service with a smile and personal service went beyond what is expected of a hotel restaurant."

"We came here not first time! Very nice hotel! Perfect location, 5 min from the sea. Cozy bar next to the swimming pool. Very tasty food, nice menu. Friendly helpful staff in reception, especially Mrs. Stavroula and blonde girl from Kyiv, with beautiful smile) Boys from bar very good at serving! Manager atbrestaurant very attentive and polite. "Not first time here. Receptionist Valeria was very helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to the waiter mr.Panicos. Suddenly ,not all staff like this in hotel. Manager should do something about this. Such behavior is not acceptable towards hotel guests. Service should be accompanied by a smile and quality ! There is rudeness at the pool bar. These people have no desire to work. Maybe it would be better for such workers to be at home with angry faces? Such employees reduce the level of the...

"Bra hotell, ligger bra till. Lite högljutt på kvällarna/nätterna men de visste vi redan om. Hade inte jätteproblem med det men o andra sida vill man bo mitt i centrum så får man tåla lite ljud. Frukosten var bra! AC:n var grym! Ny skön säng. Bra personal, bra pool!"

"The reception staff were super friendly and helpful. The cleaners were lovely and polite too. The room was exactly like it was advertised on the Expedia webpage. All I would advise is you double check that the studio delux room has a balcony as our one did not."
