Breakfast was fery well, delicious and plenty taste. staff was excellent and room was so clean. The best restaurantn at neighgourgh is De Medici. Beach near hotel is bad, full of rocks and stones. But hotel was the best expiriance of all!

Aldrig mรถtt pรฅ en personal med sรฅn kundservice fรถrut! Otroliga, fixade nytt rum med hรถgre standard utan kostnad. Senare utcheckning utan kostnad. Nรคr man behรถvde hjรคlp var det ingen tvekan om att de hjรคlpte till!

Very good location. The hotel room was equipped with hairdryer, TV, kettle, toiletries, towels, fridge. Bathroom was nice, comfy beds. It's close to the shops and restaurants. A short walk to the central bars/ strip. Staff were welcoming and polite. Pool seemed decent though we didn't use it. A lovely view of the sea though there wasn't sand as such. Dinner was in the restaurant a short walk from the hotel. It was ok but inconvenient as not in the hotel itself. The food was nice though. Breakfast items seemed to run out too early and not replaced. Good for a short stay/ few days.

No bin in the room, only room key is given so if you are coming two or more and wanna go alone donโ€™t have key. Thus needed to wake my friends up from sleep to open the door for me. Air conditioning takes ages to work, we were sweating for 20mins. The property owner is very unfriendly and aggressive as we talked, he was reluctant to hear and offer a solution. Iโ€™d definitely not visit this property again. The receptionist wasnโ€™t even explaining the breakfast timing, WiFi password, the phone in the room didnโ€™t work, the receptionist mentioned as you book cheap room itโ€™s not the best. Well paying 120โ‚ฌ per night for room isnโ€™t cheap or?

Everything else about the resort was very good, especially considering the price. The room was clean, the overall experience was good, and I was happy with the stay. The only issue I had was with the room I booked. I specifically booked a Sea View Balcony and paid extra for it because I wanted to enjoy the sea view from the balcony. Unfortunately, there was a large tree directly in front of the room that blocked most of the sea view. I mentioned this to the reception on the first day, and I was told that the room would be changed the next day. However, this did not happen. I asked again the following day and was given another excuse, but the room was never changed. I understood the situation from the beginning and did not want to make a big issue out of it, but I think if a guest pays extra for a Sea View Balcony, the view should actually be clear and not blocked by a tree. Apart from this issue, everything else was good, and for the price, I would say the resort offers very good value.

Leider wรผrden wir dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen. Unser Zimmer hatte einen Wasserfleck und die Verdunklungsvorhรคnge waren teilweise beschรคdigt und hatten Lรถcher. Insgesamt hatten wir leider den Eindruck, dass sich zu wenig um die Pflege und den Zustand des Hotels gekรผmmert wird. Auch das Personal haben wir als wenig herzlich erlebt. Ein freundliches โ€žGuten Morgenโ€œ kam leider kaum. Der Bademeister saรŸ wรคhrend unserer Zeit am Pool hรคufig am Telefon, was auf uns nicht besonders aufmerksam wirkte. Beim Frรผhstรผck war auรŸerdem ein Gรคrtner tรคtig, wรคhrend Gรคste dort frรผhstรผckten โ€“ auch das fanden wir nicht besonders angenehm. Personal ist es auch egal das um 1:00 frรผh am pool Gรคste party machen laut Musik hรถren das man nicht schlafen konnte obwohl der Pool nur bis 18:00genรผtzt werden darf!! Das Frรผhstรผck selbst war fรผr uns enttรคuschend: Es war eher lieblos angerichtet und es gab keine Abwechslung. Dadurch haben wir uns schon nach kurzer Zeit nicht mehr auf das Frรผhstรผck gefreut. Das Hotel kรถnnte aufgrund der Anlage und der Lage eigentlich sehr schรถn sein. Leider fehlt es unserer Erfahrung nach an Pflege, Aufmerksamkeit und Gastfreundschaft. Wir wรผrden das Hotel daher nicht noch einmal buchen und auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

This was by far the worst place Iโ€™ve ever stayed in. The pictures on here, other than the pool, do not look the same. Bed sheets had dead ants on them. Shower had mold along the edges. Toilet seats with stains. Room phone and tv were pure decoration, it had no wires connecting them to electricity. Condom wrappers found by pool. The cleaning staff has a nasty attitude. In fact one was sleeping at night in the lobby sofas and screamed at us when having a conversation out there because she was sleeping. Turns out she was cleaning staff because she showed up at our room the next morning around 8/9AM without knocking and awkwardly stood at the edge of our beds asking us when were we leaving and insisting we go get breakfast when we didnโ€™t want any. There was no knock, no mindfulness, she just stood there as we all slept. I walked over and asked for new towels as they were cleaning another room and they gave us that rooms old towels. When talking to front desk, it was pointless because no one knows anything. We reached out to Expedia while standing right there in which Expedia told they would reach out to the property because we wanted a refund before checking out asap. They let us no one is answering meanwhile of course there is no phone up there either. We literally did not hear a phone ring. The only benefit of this location is the closeness to the strip and restaurants on Nissi Ave. Other than that, please check other properties around their location for better experience!
