"To be fair, I had an injured leg and was staying due to my house renovation. This was extremely perfumed to the point that my clothes smelled after only a couple hours. If you don’t like strong smells…. Don’t go here. It is very dark. Little lighting , It is creepy to me. The toilet was very low and bathroom very tiny. I had to pull off my brace to stand up. "First floor was beautiful. Food was good. Third floor hallway was dark and dingy, every 3rd light was on. No ice machine just a red chair. Stains on walls. Bed was comfortable. AC worked. Room was basically clean. NO HOT WATER!! House phone was dead, so no connection to front desk. Took a cold shower and checked out for 8am appointment."

"We stayed here three nights to visit with family. The room was clean and had a good amount of room. The mattresses could use a refresh, but we managed to find more comfy spots towards the middle of the mattresses. We didn't take advantage of the amenities, as we got back to the room late each night and by the time we were up and out in the morning, breakfast was over. We will stay here again for future family visits."

"Pet friendly, very clean, nice staff. Hotel in great shape and close to GC Outlet Mall. I would stay there again. Pool and hot tub a bonus that we used every day of our 5 night stay."

"This was definitely a no-frills stay, but overall, I was pleased. PROS: comfortable bed and pillows, window, air-conditioning and heating unit that worked, shower was hot, TV user-friendly, located in between a Dunkin’ Donuts and a Burger King. CONS: no elevator, no extras (things like blankets, hairdryer, iron), towels were very thin, mini-fridge did not work (I didn’t need it, so I didn’t complain), bathroom run-down/stained."

"One of the two elevators did not work so it was along wait to get on the elevator. Then on our last day the other elevator went out - we were on the 6th floor. My husband uses a cane - so I had to take everything down via the stairs. 2 trips to bring everything down the back up 6 flights to help my husband down. At least we didn’t have a plane to catch, but an exhausting 45 minutes to leave."

"Booked a 2 queen bed room but I was told they couldn’t guarantee the room type so they gave me a king bed room. Not please with this."

"Very helpful reception staff; answered any questions I had during check in. Rooms were clean; housecleaning staff came by each day to inquire about cleaning/exchanging towels. Would certainly stay there again."
