"This area of Chicago is SOOOOO nice! Gorgeous homes, lovely biking infrastructure. This place was great! I was on a month long rock climbing road trip so an affordable (but super nice) stay in Chicago for me to do laundry and shower was super needed!"

"I love this home , great for just a couple get away. Only 11 minutes from downtown . Oh and please pay attention to parking signs we got most of our parking for free !! From 5pm-8am . I will definitely stay again . Kristine was awesome with communication and mad sure we were comfortable "

"When I booked this property it was the intention to have a joyful time with my family for an extended family event. We were unable to access the property the day of causing me to spend an extra 600 for us to stay at another hotel after spending 2 hours on the phone with customer service. To top it off we were harassed by the next door neighbor who attempted to take pictures of our vehicle and report to us that this property was considered an illegal listing. "Great experience overall. Check-in was easy and the unit was very well kept. Very happy that we were so close to so much public transportation. It is a little noisy for those who aren’t used to hearing the L train nearby. Parking is hard to find, but there is paid parking nearby and easy to access public transit. If you plan on parking your car for the full time you’re there."

"This was a wonderful base for the days I spent exploring Chicago. The apartment is clean and comfy and it is located right on the 'L' Brown line in a charming and vibrant neighborhood. I could zip to anywhere in the city I wanted on the L and felt very relaxed coming "home" each night."

"We had a great experience here. It’s located on a street with free parking. The place was very clean, clean sheets, clean towels, floors were clean, everything looked nice and well kept. We were just in town for a show at the theater and it was a perfect little place to stay that wasn’t too far from the city. We actually locked ourselves out at one point and the owner was so sweet and helpful. Highly recommend staying here!"

"My daughter and I scheduled an impromptu trip to Chicago to check iut an apartment near Loyola for the upcoming school year. This place was perfect for our 2 day stay. It was just as advertised. The hosts live on the property, which rendered a quick k"

"Check in was pretty easy, 3 codes total to get into the apt but after a few days we had the codes memorized and it wasn't overwhelming anymore.Room was a bit crammed for 2 adults and a dog but we made it work for our 5 day stay. I would recommend that hosts have (2) luggage holders instead of (1). The bed was very comfortable and pillows were so soft!Apt was in a great location and neighborhood. "This was a very cute bungalow. It's old but well maintained. There was a roach in the bathroom, not the big cockroach but a small roach. I didn't see any signs of uncleanliness anywhere in the home, so we chalked it up to coming from outside. This isn't the best neighbor but we enjoyed ourselves. I'm prior military myself and many military installations aren't in the most desirable areas. It was convenient to the base, which was my primary reason for being here.
