"The room was clean and very comfortable. The property was maintained very well and there weren’t any complaints. The breakfast was nice and had some good fresh fruit and healthy options. The staff was very kind and polite. My only complaint was that room service opened the door to come clean later in the afternoon and didn’t knock first so that was akward. Hotel and area are nice overall"

"The cleanliness of the rooms could have been a bit better. There was some molding in the shower and mystery spots on the walls of the bathroom all the way to the ceiling. There was also a hole in the bathroom wall. The Mini fridge was filled with rust as well. The staff was great!"

"Hands down, one of the best Holiday Inns I have ever stayed at! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was comfortable, breakfast was good, and parking was convenient. My only complaint was housekeeping. I requested service on a few different days, but unfortunately no one came to clean the room. Aside from that, we had a great stay and I would definitely consider staying here again."

"We left about 20 minutes after checking in the woman at the front desk was very nice however I was a mom and teenage son party and did not go safe. Anytime my 14 year-old son feels like he has to stand in between me and men that is not a good situation. There were multiple men just setting outside and a drunk man at the top of the stairway on floor three when we got off the elevator. The hallway and room smelled bad."

"Breakfast was not always heated and sometimes sat cold. My car was vandalized parked in the front of hotel lobby. Alerted front desk, manager was supposed to contact me as they were on the premises. No contact from Mgr, checked out the next day instead of staying thru the reservation. Homeless people on the grounds by the dumpster."

It was detectable outside the building, in the stairwells, and on several floors, which negatively impacted the overall experience. Our room's floor also did not appear to have been vacuumed thoroughly. On a positive note, the bathroom was very clean, the pool was clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. "The property is maintained very clean and the staff is very friendly. We stayed for six nights during the Fourth of July weekend and although the weather was very hot and humid we still enjoyed Charlotte very much . We had a car rental and we were able to drive around town and the property has plenty of parking and easy access from the parking lot to the rooms.
