"Absolutely wonderful experience! Beautiful hotel, everything was so clean and well-maintained. The staff was incredible, so friendly and accommodating, especially James. The area around the hotel is gorgeous and has so many stores, restaurants, and the BEST coffee shop! We will definitely be back. Also, we were able to bring both of our dogs and they were treated like royalty!"

"The room was clean and very comfortable. The property was maintained very well and there weren’t any complaints. The breakfast was nice and had some good fresh fruit and healthy options. The staff was very kind and polite. My only complaint was that room service opened the door to come clean later in the afternoon and didn’t knock first so that was akward. "The cleanliness of the rooms could have been a bit better. There was some molding in the shower and mystery spots on the walls of the bathroom all the way to the ceiling. There was also a hole in the bathroom wall. The Mini fridge was filled with rust as well. The staff was great!"

We had a car rental and we were able to drive around town and the property has plenty of parking and easy access from the parking lot to the rooms. "We were in the 6th floor and it was evident that there was an issue with the air conditioning. There were fans in the hallway. Our room AC was set on 65 which was that when we came in our room but the temperature in the room never went down past 74 degrees. Very uncomfortable to sleep. Only dealt with it because we only needed a room just to get through the night. Hopefully it gets fixed soon but to know there’s an AC issue as a whole and still book people in those rooms is a little absurd to...

"We left about 20 minutes after checking in the woman at the front desk was very nice however I was a mom and teenage son party and did not go safe. Anytime my 14 year-old son feels like he has to stand in between me and men that is not a good situation. There were multiple men just setting outside and a drunk man at the top of the stairway on floor three when we got off the elevator. The hallway and room smelled bad."

"Stayed here the previous week and so I returned this week. Clean rooms, easy location for client meetings. If you need a nice clean bed, no frills hotel… I would definitely recommend. Staff was also very nice"
