"The property was very clean and the houses are very well maintained. The swimming pool was not operational. The road into the property is horrible they need to work on paving the entrance. The check in didn't go well we arrived after 5:30 pm and the office was closed and there was some difficulties getting checked in but eventually they got it straight. The views to the lake are beautiful very serene. I highly recommend this place. For the cosst it is hard to beat. The pros out weigh the...

"Beautiful location, Tons of local shops and restaurants within a short walk 0 5-1 mile away. Easy access to the Charlotte transit as well. Room was immaculate and comfortable. "

"I really enjoyed the views of my stay and the location is perfect for everything in the Charlotte area. I also really loved the modernist of the apartment and all the accessories that came with it, me and my partner really didnt have to go any where to have a good time in a luxury stay. Overall it was amazing and I will definitely be booking again."

"It was close to everything I needed. The property management company was interactive and there if I needed them. The place and grounds were nice. Only negatives: you can hear the neighbors walking around, and the shower head had a constant drip. Other than that, definitely would come back if needed. "

"The house was wonderful and out family had a great time there. The whole property was beautiful. We had never been to Charolette and enjoyed the city very much. Our host responded to our questions and calls in a timely matter. Only recommendations I would have is better instructions about hot tub and pool so we didn’t have to call about those (like turning on heat for pool) It would have been nice to have a few pool items (floaties) but really enjoyed the lake items provided the kayaks and...

"No contact or communication, whatsoever, from the host. Dont book this place unless you enjoy a good ol' frantic, stress-fueled hunt for a place to sleep at the last second! Seriously, I wish I could give 0 stars. 1 star seems far too generous.."

"We stayed three nights and it was perfect for us. Great location, quiet at night. Clean, safe what a find! Scott, Priscilla and Teddy took wonderful care of us! Even thought to give us flashlights for the possibility of a storm. We will definitely come back and I highly recommend! "
