We did not stay at your hotel and if you charged me for either night, you need to refund the money to my card. The man working at the front desk was the rudest, most undesirable person I have ever seen work at the front desk of any hotel! I worked for hotels for over 10 yrs and have never seen any front desk person be so rude to their customers. We started to check in and that was when I found out I needed to transfer money to my card because this man, announced to everyone that I had $5.00 available on my card! How he knew that, i am not sure, we were never given balances of customers accounts. But that was blatently rude and uncalled for. I told him i had to transfer some money. Before I could get the transfer done, he kicked my fiancee out of the lobby (I was outside making transfer) once again making statement outloud that I only had $5 on my card! Something that should NEVER have been announced! And then when my fiancee came out and told me this, i was walking back into hotel, just as police arrived! I asked the officer if he was there because of us. He was. That man you have behind the desk, who has no business being in that position, had called the police on us! I told the officer i was only transferring the money to my card and he replied yes, the front desk man told HIM I only had $5 on my card!!!!!! I told him no problem, i was going to a different hotel and this problem needed to be corrected before I would rent from any Best Western Hotel again!
