The modern furnishings include a living/dining room with a double sofa bed measuring 140 cm wide and 200 cm long, a TV with international channels (flat screen), and air conditioning. The living/dining room has an exit leading to the terrace. Additionally, there is one room with a French bed (180 cm wide and 200 cm long), a shower/WC, satellite TV (flat screen), and air conditioning. Another room features a French bed (160 cm wide and 200 cm long), a shower/WC, satellite TV (flat screen), and air conditioning. The fourth room has a double bed (2 x 90 cm wide and 200 cm long). The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, two ceramic glass hob hotplates, two induction hotplates, a kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a cooking island. There is also a shower/WC on the same level. The lower ground floor houses a playroom.
