"Out bed was slopped to the centre. I couldn’t breathe because of the dirty carpets. Ugg. I didn’t sleep a wink. We were out in the middle of the night with the rest of guests. Someone was smoking in a room and set off smoke alarms. The fire truck came and we were able to go back in to the bed where I rolled into my husband. So sad because our stay in London Westminster was exceptional."

"IT was a fine place, but a disaster with the patron laundry, as it flooded and didn't work and took me hours to get one wash cycle done, I asked for a comp breakfast to make up for it, and they did not oblige. Kind of uncool."

"Loved the location ,as we spent 2 days at the Royal Naval Shipyards. We could walk there easily. Plenty of places to eat close to the hotel and the lobby was a great place to socialize with our friends whom were also staying at the hotel. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was hot and plentiful. Would highly recommend"

"Always clean and reception staff helpful. There was a wedding so a bit noisy and better to have been situated in rooms further away from the party but rooms comfortable and clean"

"We stayed the one night as we were getting the ferry the next day, we checked into our room only to find the TV wouldn't work, the staff moved us to the room next door promptly, thus saving me having to talk to my good wife if the TV didnt work. the pool was good to unwind after a long drive."
