"The unit is located in the Sandpiper complex. There's a small and a larger parking lot that you will need to hang a permit to park in either. Make sure to park in an unmarked spot or else you will get towed. We didn't really get to check out the pool or grill as we had an issue trying to check in our first day. Luckily, we were able to get a hold of the Host and he refunded us a good amount to make up for the mishap. The unit is on the small side and can only accommodate 2 people. The bed...

"The condo was as advertised. It was just right for my husband and I. Check-in went very well, thanks to Lani's detailed instructions. We were so pleased with the accommodations - the bed was comfortable and the pillows and bedding made for good sleeping. The location was great and we enjoyed the nearby Foodland grocery and Ace Hardware. We ended up driving to Anini Beach (about a 10 minute drive) as we were told by other people that the walking trail to the beach and down the hill from the...

"Gorgeous views — more impressive than the photos. Excellent location. Can walk 5-8 minutes down the hill to a very quiet and dreamy beach. The room itself, as others have noted, could use some upgrades. Lots of scuffs along walls and baseboards, lumpy pillows, wobbly end tables, mid-range amenities (towels, soaps, etc.). Also, this is a connecting room, which means you really can hear everything from the neighbors if they are speaking above a whisper. We were lucky with most neighbors, but for a...

"Our experience at the Westin Princeville during the hurricane was incredibly disappointing, and what happened afterward made it way worse. Because of the hurricane and resulting conditions on Kauai, we were effectively stranded at the hotel for an additional two days. We had no choice but to extend our stay because travel and road conditions made it impossible for us to leave as planned. I understand that Marriott did not cause the hurricane and I never expected the hotel to somehow be...

"Great home in a great location. Welcome book with all the info you need for your stay. Walls are a bit thin (we had a baby with us and needed to make sure we were quiet in the entire unit when she was sleeping), but the space was perfect (spacious and clean with all the things you could ever need). Complex had a pool but it wasn't anything special and we mostly drove to different beaches anyway. Host was quick to respond and very nice. Price seems a bit high, but overall would stay again."
