"Ivan was very helpful, effective and prompt in communication, very quickly responded to all our questions. "I loved this basement suite! The location is excellent, with 3 parks within walking distance (including beautiful Nose Hill Park), and right across the street from the library and community aquatic/recreation center. "The suite has all the amenities you need and it is new and well taken care of. Perfect for what we needed for our one night stay. It is a little far out of Calgary however it worked for us and our plans! There is a great playground in the area. Nelson was a great host. "

"Really good location for exploring the city. The property is very cozy as described, we could not get the wifi to work and it was a little hot in the room but other than that it came with all the proper toiletries and bedding."

"We really enjoyed our stay here in Calgary. Very clean unit, comfortable bed and ease of access and location. Would recommend to anyone coming to Calgary looking for a quiet downtown location that still offers walking distance to great food and the downtown amenities. Great customer service by Karyna who looked after us as well. "
