  • Experience unique comfort in our beautiful, bright and spacious walkout-basement suite that feels more like a standard living space. Our suite features two cozy bedrooms, a generous living room, a well-equipped kitchenette and BBQ. Step out onto your private, west-facing deck for a spot of relaxation. Nestled next to playgrounds, 15 minutes from downtown, and a short drive to Banff National Park. Enjoy ultimate privacy with your own separate entrance. Your perfect home away from home awaits!

    The space:
    The suite offers a large, welcoming living area complete with new furnitures and kitchenette. Two cozy bedrooms are at your disposal, one with a king bed and ample closet space, the other with a queen bed and a large window. The suite is privately accessed and features a west-facing deck, perfect for enjoying peaceful evenings. Our property, next to a playground, promises a comfortable stay in a vibrant, family-friendly neighborhood.

    Guest access:
    During your stay, you'll have full private access to the walkout suite.

    There is stairs to the suite, may not be suitable for people with mobility challenge.

    The suite features its own temperature control, allowing you to adjust the climate as needed. There is a locked furnace room on the floor. You don't need access to it as the heating system operates independently.

Room was very clean and the beds are comfortable. Great communication with the host. Lots of parking available for a Truck on the street. Would definitely stay there again.

This rental has the most luxurious bed I have ever seen. You nearly need a ladder to get in and out of it. It was a very bright and spacious basement suite with a view onto a lovely backyard.

We loved our stay here, it really did feel like home. If there were any problems a quick message to the it was sorted quickly.The cooking facilities were basic, but we didnt plan on cooking anyway.The

Fijne centrale locatie tussen stad en bergen. (Je hoort wel de 201.) Mooie tuin met geurende seringen (mei/juni). Super BBQ. Er was één kookpit (binnen) dus uitgebreid koken gaat niet. Heerlijk “Keurig” koffieautomaat. Toaster/eierkoker en water dispenser. Er zijn geen wijnglazen. Verder goed voorzien. We vonden het fijn dat er al wat koffiepods waren en wasmiddel en zeep enz. Kortom prima locatie!

Didn’t realize this is a basement suite. There was substantial noise from the people upstairs. This was disappointing. I should have read the comments better.The suite was clean and bright with a private little deck which was quite nice.
