"Liked the peace & quiet. Great mattress, so slept well. Coffee set up not great. One coffee was open, leaving ony one small package. Went out & bought our own coffee Close to everything. Had a restful stay."

"We had a pleasant stay at the property over the Memorial Day weekend. It’s away from the crowds but yet 15 mins from Sonoma Lake for water sports and 30 mins from Healdsburg. Amazing view and great time in the pool. "

"Dead bugs on the bathroom window ledge with the courtesy shampoo. Live spiders and earwigs. Shower leaked and Charlie wanted to come in and fix it. Should have been done before I got there. Arrived at check in time, had to wait 30 min for Charlie to get there. No ice machine. True flea bag motel. Run away!!"

"I loved the cottage I stayed in! Having a kitchenette, porch, A/C were awesome! The only issues were; no screen on door; shower curtain rings wouldn't stay in place. Also fun were mini-golf, badminton, hot tub, pool, paddle boat. Thank you!!! Cheryl M. & her sister Janine "

"I stayed over Christmas with my pup. It was a really large space for the two of us. I like the location, quiet and rural. There aren't any street lamps so once the sun goes down, it's pitch black. Would suggest bringing a headlamp for those with a dog. "

"My husband and I stayed here for a few days and it was perfect. The location is great being close to town while still being secluded up in the vineyard. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch in the morning and at night and watching the deer or turkeys! If we come back to Healdesburg we will definitely be staying here again."

"This was the third time we stayed at this property because, other than the drive to the property on a one lane road, it was awesome! Step free property; brought my 93 year old aunt the first two times. She WAS coming this time but got seriously ill right before our stay and was institutionalized. The house has two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a laundry room and fully stocked, equipment wise, kitchen. The provide free coffee and filters. Generous and kind management was very helpful. ...

"No, seriously, stay in this house if for no other reason than the incredible number of birds around, especially hummingbirds! The house is clean and comfortable with a great view. You can roll your kayaks down the hill to the river, then sit in the hot tub and commune with nature. One of the best parts of the house? The house manager Tenay! "This place was amazing. Everything you can think of was available at the house. The boat dock made it extremely easy to keep our fishing boat right at the house the whole time. The road getting in was a little narrrow and tight but we mamaged just fine. Everyone was extremely friendly in the neighborhood. This was an unforgettable honeymoon trip, we hope to celebrate it here every year now. Thank you to our amazing hosts for allowing us to stay an extra day "

"Our group had the best time! Such a lovely property with ample space to gather together but also relax. We really enjoyed hanging by the pool and enjoying a nice dinner outside. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils, spices, glassware, etc. Having two dishwashers for a large group was really nice as well.The house is a quick drive into town but feels like you are in your own little world!We're already thinking about the next time we can come back up & stay again! "We celebrated my wife’s birthday party at the Estate with 7 other couples. Great layout and plenty of space. The amenities were awesome (The Barn, saltwater pool, jacuzzi, bocce ball, etc). Perfect home to host a private dinner or short walk to some delicious Geyserville restaurants. The Estate manager, Joe was very responsive with questions and helpful. The arrival gifts were a nice touch.We can’t wait to go back!"
