"Ranch at Royal Oak is a great house with a spectacular host. The communication was stellar. The house is in excellent condition with everything you need right at the house. The kitchen is fully stocked with high end towels, linens, utensils, glasses, knives, bowls, plates, etc. The kids and adults loved the pool and fishing on the dock. Access to St. Michael's is very easy. We will be back!"

"Excellent location for 2 adults and 2 teens. Clean and well supplied house. Easy check in/out process. Very responsive communication with owner. Would stay again. "

"We had a fabulous time at this home! What a perfect place to end summer! We had a great time reading on the dock, watching the sunset and the birds - including bald eagles! There are also lots of ways to enjoy the outside - firepit, grill, kayaks, crab traps, etc. And the beds are super comfy and the kitchen well outfitted for cooking delicious food. Truly a gem!"

"Beautiful experience. The property was right on the bay with spectacular views and sunsets. The house itself was wonderful. It was comfortable and beautifully appointed with high quality furnishings and antiques.The kitchen had everything needed. AC and overhead fans provided excellent comfort. Kayaks and a canoe were great for cruising on the bay. They also had bikes available (we brought our own). Biking is a pleasure on the rural and flat terrain of the Eastern shore. Lastly (but not least)...

"Fantastic location, clean, beautiful flat and convenient parking. We loved the ease of walking our dog to the park and in the neighborhoods. Jennifer was very quick to answer any questions we had and made sure our stay was comfortable. Highly recommend!"

"Incredible home & property. Spacious home with pool, hot tub, multiple large bedrooms, & room dedicated to crab eating! Property is massive & well maintained; golf cart & bikes made it very easy get around. The dock offers opportunities for boating, crabing, & fishing. Kayaks & canoe were great for exploring surrounding waters. We already booked our return trip!Only suggestions: mattress pads for the non master bedroom (guests noted the hard mattresses). "The house and property were beautifully maintained. We had 3 generations and everyone was able to get quiet moments and yet be able to be all together. The dining table was well used with lunches/dinner/games. "

We enjoyed time on the Kayaks and on the back patio during morning and sunset, saw a few cool birds!
