The house is located on the island of Ugljan in the village of Lukoran, one of the most beautiful places on the island. The island of Ugljan is connected to Zadar by a ferry line that runs every half hour and to the neighboring island of Pasman by a fixed bridge connection, which is a 15-minute drive away. On the island there is Kali, the most famous fishing village on the Adriatic, as well as the towns of Preko, Sutomiščica, Kukljica, Ugljan, all of which attract with numerous restaurants and other tourist events. Lukoran is located in the middle of the island of Ugljan, in an agricultural part of the island, so that the economic basis of the place are viticulture, olive growing and tourism.
This quiet and peaceful place is surrounded by pine forests and offers families with children bathing opportunities on safe sandy and pebbly beaches, and several quality gastronomic establishments serve traditional specialties from this region. The place offers a large number of bays and beaches with shady pine forests. Lukoran is one of the most picturesque places on the island of Ugljan. The economic basis is agriculture, viticulture, olive growing, fishing and tourism.
