Info über Doppelbuchung 1 Stunde vor Ankunft
"3 Tage vorher Ankunftszeit mitgeteilt, 1 Stunde vor Ankunft Vermieter über Verspätung wegen Stau informiert und dann kommt nur als Antwort, dass das Haus schon belegt ist wegen Doppelbuchung. Dank Agentur Novasol konnte wenigstens eine Ersatzunterkunft bekommen werden"

"Super accommodation. 2 very comfortable en-suite rooms. Dishwasher an absolute bonus. A toaster would have been welcome. Stove and microwave no oven. Efficient air con in all areas.
