"Stayed here in two rooms as a party of 6. We enjoy Hyatt Place properties a lot and this one was just like the rest. At check in, the staff checked to see if we needed anything, and rearranged our room assignments to be closer together. Clean property. Clean rooms. Good hot breakfast. Free shuttle to the airport with Marisol (she had a great attitude and was extremely helpful with luggage)."

"Airport pickup lengthy. We we first to be picked up. Subsequent large group blocked our exit from the van. Dining room advertised as open til 10. Upon arrival found out closed at 9. We booked at your location expecting to dine upon arrival. Expected self serve breakfast. We had to order orange juices due to your limitation of one glass each. Pull shades in room stuck. Could not close. FOX not available for World Cup."
