"The Dufour House was the perfect house for us! As sisters, we wanted to stay together and the house had everything we needed and more. We spent time on the back porch talking and enjoyed walking to coffee shops and restaurants that were minutes away. We were intrigued by the history of the house and the community. So much nicer than staying at a traditional hotel."

"I can't say enough about this property and our hosts! Our expectations were exceeded! We used the pack the pantry service, so when we arrived all our food/drinks were put away. It was an easy drive to everywhere on the island. Robbie was quick to answer any question we had during our stay. It was so fun to see so many old movies and cd's that we had to utilize them everyday to expose our kids to the good stuff. "We had a nice stay in the area, and we were looking for a reasonably priced lodging for the whole family. There are a couple inflatable mattresses included in case additional beds are required. The full kitchen was appreciated, as was the comfortable couch. Solid proximity to other businesses and towns. The property is a little tricky to spot from afar off the side of the road, but it's easy to see once you're near it (Google maps is helpful). Overall, a good stay & I would stay here again!"

"I absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful cozy cottage! The host was so sweet and thoughtful. She even left a gift basket of goodies for us! Everything was clean, and she has thought of everything you may need during your stay; she even had an extra toothbrush, which I was so grateful for as I realized late at night that I had forgotten mine.
