"Just the fact that it is 1930s vintage says a lot. Check-in and directions super easy. There was a surprise batch of cookies and a fireplace starter which were both delightful. Kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked. Bedrooms very small but the outside front porch, back porch and yard provided cool places to relax and unwind. Near-by Usher Park a perfect place for small children. "

"The house was quaint cute and very nicely done. We travelled with 6 people (3adults and 3 kids) and we all fit nicely inside without feeling on top of each other. Glenda and her team were great and extremely responsive. When we arrived tje garbage disposal wasn’t working and they showed up the next day and completely replaced it!!! "The property is large as stated in VRBO description. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The pool is quite large and kept everyone (ages 5-75) together and entertained. The perfect choice for a large family gathering!"

"First of all, this place is just gorgeous. The decor, cleanliness and cozy feel can't be beat. Yes, the lack of running water is challenging, but I had a warm shower each day and even managed to shave. Cooking, washing and showering just took longer. I wasn't in a rush. My only complaint is the incinerator toilet. I think my bladder is just too large, so caution there. Otherwise, it worked well. The communication was rapid and effective. I'd stay here again for sure!"

"Close to all attractions. We loved Rogers Park, Rogers Rock Park & camp ground with boat launch and larger beach there. Sagamore was great with pavilion restaurant an A for food and service! Bolton landing had some great shops and restaurants too. Some of the group went to Fort Ticonderoga and a museum. We would have done the castle tour and garden tour but ran out of days! "The location is beautiful - a long frontage on Lake George. The condition of the property is, literally, pristine. I am not sure how it manages to be so perfectly maintained and still look like a traditional lake resort. We could not have been more pleased."

"We had a great stay at the overlook site! Our site was exacty what the owner stated it would be. Swimming hole was so fun and we appreciated that he had fun stuff and floats/life vest for the kids! We were able to explore the area and visit Fort Ticonderoga during our stay and Kieth told us about some other fun things to do with our kids in the area."

"We had a fantastic time at the very cozy and private lake side home in Clemons! The house was well stocked (in the kitchen), was very well insulated so it was nice and cool (the weekend was so warm) and the cross breeze on the deck was amazing! We spent a lot of time on the deck (despite the heat). The property was very private and there wasn’t any reception, but the WiFi worked extremely well, so we were able to stay connected!
