"The staff was pleasant and friendly. The room was large and equipped with a microwave oven and refrigerator. Everything in the room worked well. The waterpressure was good and the water got hot. There is no icemaker in the premises. The overall shape of the buildings was a bit run outdated. The door of our hotel room was hung crooked whichl ooked bad and let extra light into the room from the hallway. The bathroom tile and paint looked like it was left halfway completed. "The element is a brand new hotel. The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable! The pillows and comforter are nice and fluffy! The windows have a blackout shade and the A/C is cold! "Staff was friendly, hotel ground, and inside were clean, and well maintained. Only small problem was the shower head attached to water pipe leaked spewing into the bathroom. Put a towel over it so it didn't spew, and reported it when we checked out. Manager was nice and thank us for reporting the problem. "
