"Excellent . We checked in late last minute stay Staff very helpful. Courteous. My only complaint is I called main number for Holiday Inn and was not offered a lower rate when I asked for one. I hung up and went online to Hotels.com and found a cheaper rate! Amazing that they can"/won't do a discount ..."
