"My travel partner has never stayed in a Vrbo so this was my surprise for him. There are specifically two reasons I chose this place: 1) When I read why it was decorated in a rustic theme, I knew it was perfect bc my friend loved cowboys and Indians when he was a little boy. 2) No driving for two days! "Immaculate and cozy, the host Anthony helpful, congenial and dependable, I love this place; it has become an annual stay. Beds are very comfy, kitchen is well provisioned for cooking or hosting. Lovely inside and outside, I highly recommend The Kitchie Kottage."

"The cabin was absolutely gorgeous. Spotless, very well equipped for cooking and being comfortable. It’s so cozy and the hosts thought of every little detail like a small DVD library, some board games, outdoor blankets… We met Serpell and she was very friendly and helpful, quick and responsive. We had a great stay and would love to go again. This is definitely going to be on my permanent list."

"Our family of 4 stayed for 3 nights in early August. We had the best, most relaxing time! Daughter 13 and son 9, did not care about no wifi. We all lost track of time and just hung out, spent time together and enjoyed the beautiful property. "

"Traveling as a family of 5 is tough to plan and our teens are too big to share hotel spaces these days. Our stay was perfect for our family. The property is magic and our teens spent a lot of time exploring the trails and creek. We would love to come back when we can stay longer. So peaceful and just right for us!"

"The house was as good as advertised. Everything was clean and ready to go when we arrived. Plenty of room for everyone, and tons of amenities. "

"This place is perfect if you’re wanting peace & quiet away from the hustle & bustle. We loved sitting on the porch listening to the storms come in and fishing at the pond catching fish after fish. We played games on the porch and in the lawn and grilled dinner each night. It was like camping with a really nice place to sleep & shower in. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to get away from people. It was the perfect get-away for our family!"

"Great stay. We were in town for Rock the Country. The place was clean and comfy. We had everything we needed while there. The area was quiet and the beds were comfy. There was no cell service (T-Mobile) but we had great WiFi.The owner was easy to work with, let us check in early once it had been cleaned, quick to respond to messages. We were sent all of our check in info the night before. We will definitely be back next time we need to stay in the area! "
