A charming north-facing two-room apartment on the first floor, equipped with a fan, featuring a double bedroom and a bunk bed. The living room includes a single bed with a pull-out bed underneath and a dining area with a brand-new kitchenette. The bathroom is spacious and modern, equipped with a shower and all amenities.
It also features a private terrace with a dining table and an outdoor grill. Linens are included. The property offers free parking and bike storage.
Maximum capacity: 6 people + cots or cribs.

Information on Bedding and Towels

We would like to inform our guests that bedding (pillowcases, sheets, etc.) and towels are included in the price of your stay. The package includes only 1 set per person per stay.
You may request additional sets of linens and towels for an extra charge of 20 EUR per person.
Each additional set always includes a complete set of linens and towels; partial sets cannot be requested.
The double bed set always includes 2 sets, equivalent to 40 EUR (2 x 20 EUR), should an additional set be requested.
Additional requests can be made directly to the host at any time during your stay.
