Creating a unique retreat for weekend relaxation or a midweek escape. This unit graciously accommodates 4 guests, offering 1 queen bed, a comfy pull-out couch, and an air mattress. Enjoy the convenience of a full bathroom, washer/dryer, huge T.V. and everything essential for a comfortable short/mid term stay.

The living room offers the perfect space to relax or play, featuring a 65” Smart TV with streaming services like Netflix, a variety of fun games, and a pull-out couch for extra sleeping space.

The dining area seats six and flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, complete with brand-new appliances, modern tech, and everything you need for cooking or baking your favorite meals.

The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and a walk-in closet, giving you plenty of space to unpack and feel right at home. For added convenience, enjoy an in-unit washer and dryer.

Whether you’re here to unwind, explore, or simply enjoy a peaceful getaway, this home combines style, comfort, and thoughtful touches for a truly relaxing stay.

Guests will have access to the entire unit. Parking as well is not an issue, with a designated parking spot saved for you.

This home is in a great neighborhood. It quite peaceful having the home located towards the back of the property. I personally know the neighbors next door they are very nice.

There is designated parking at the unit along with street parking. Getting around is very easy, you can get onto the main road (Division) within a minute that connects you to to rest of the city. Downtown is also relatively close about 15 minutes away. Highway 205 is about 10 minutes away and Vancouver is only 15 minutes away.
You are welcome to feel like you are at home and enjoy everything the place offers.

We kindly ask that you treat our home with the same care and respect as your own. Thank you for helping us keep it cozy and inviting!

- Non-Smoking: This is a non-smoking home. If you need to smoke, please do so outside, away from the house, and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

If it exceeds a 30-minute window, a $50 fee will apply, which we share with our cleaning team to coordinate your request.

The home was beautiful, clean and fairly new. Once inside the property, we had no complaints. The host was easy to work with and the home had everything you would typically find at a rental. The only downside to the rental was the view out the living room. (which was not the owners property) It was somebody else's backyard and was a huge mess of things. Made it a little uncomfortable. We closed the blinds and left them closed our entire stay.

The home was extremely lovely overall and Marcus was a very responsive host! The house was clean, looked just liked the photos, and had ample parking available. We had a slight issue with the stove, but Marcus was very fast to respond and help us troubleshoot. We had four guests total - three adults and a 1 year old. The house was definitely suitable for an infant, and the sleeper sofa could easily sleep one person. It did have a strange angle to it that may have made two people difficult. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows were provided, making everything comfortable.

Attractive, But Not as Described and Had Problems

This is not a single family home. It is a second-story, 1-bedroom walk-up with a fairly steep staircase. The staircase opens directly down from the living space and would not be safe for young children, since there is no safety gate. (Also there were brightly colored toxic ant baits scattered around.) Communication from the owner was spotty. We did not receive the arrival information in a timely manner and had to call VRBO support to nag him to send it. The owner provided no instructions (e.g. about the thermostat) and the sign labeled "wi-fi password" was blank. When we arrived, the toilet wouldn't flush, and the dishwasher appeared to be dead. (Toilet was fixed the next morning, but the owner did not respond to my text asking about the dishwasher, and we never did get it to work)There were a few other issues that are not important enough to mention, but they contribute to the conclusion that the owner is not paying much attention.This is an attractively decorated and generally comfortable apartment, but the owner needs to pay more attention.

Very nice stay in a great unit

The best dwelling/building in the neighborhood is Marcus's unit ! Very clean. Well decorated and comfortable. Spacious. Lots of windows and natural light. It was perfect for meeting up with my adult daughters as a base for family time.

My new go-to

I usually have a go to rental for my monthly trips up to portland but it was booked for one of the days i would be up so i found this one, which is actually way closer to my sis than the other place! Its a super quiet neighborhood not far from gresham/fairview area. Id definitely do street parking if your in a larger vehicle or arnt confident in backing out of small spaces since they do have a long narrow driveway with minimal parking, still better than only street parking tho like some rentals. The place was super clean and just absolutely beautiful! Some places like to "updo" their space pictures but this one was on point! Super modern up to date feel, gorgeous shower set up, full laundry set up if your in for a longer-term stay. It is an "upstairs unit" but the lady bellow was so quiet (and very sweet when i did speak with her) i didnt even feel like i was in a seperated unit, i felt like i was just in a comfortable home.there is a big set of stairs to get up to the living space so keep that in mind if you have troubles with steep stairs or balance issues, it gave me a bit of a work out myself goin up and down. Not the best spot for food, but its not too awful far to get to an area with more range of foods. The owner communicated promptly and was very comfortable to chat with when i was worried id get locked out from the batteries dying on the door lock. Literally my only complaint would be that i need to bring my own black out curtains for the bedroom cuz it is just sooo
