Welcome to a place of peace, quiet and tranquility in a unique setting with scenic wildlife views. This elevated position offers a front row vantage point over the conservation reserve and panoramic bay views to the You Yang's make a wonderful beach side holiday retreat,
This double storey home is saturated in natural light, offers 3 bedrooms, master has spacious walk- in - robe and en-suite, separate powder room. Two large bedrooms downstairs with a central bathroom, a laundry leading out to a landscape garden at the rear.
Upstairs open plan living zone with incredible views and relax in the comfort couch in front of the gas log fireplace in winter. Well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, gas cooking and soaking the bay view while you preparing your meals. The full length triple stacker doors open out to a large deck for outdoor entertaining and enjoying the marvelous unhindered bay views.

Foreground views of Point Richard Flora & fauna Reserve, with sparkling bay views beyond. Optimal North facing orientation maximises 270" bay views and year round sunshine. Less than 650m approx. from the bayside walking trails and foreshore from the house.

Nestled away on the Bellarine, surrounded by award-winning wineries, Portarlington is best known for its fresh muscles, beautiful vistas and stunning coastline

We were just outside of town. The house looked onto the bay. It was in a quiet street.The house was immaculate, the beds were amazing, the woodfire was great as well. Lovely property- had everything our family of four needed. Clean and well appointed. The only downside was communication- we arrived to check-in 10 minutes after the appointed time (2pm) and the cleaners were still in the middle of cleaning the house. We would have been fine with this if the delay had been communicated to us, but it wasn't. We had to get in touch with the host, who claimed to be unaware of the situation. We were able to check in almost an hour later. Other than this hiccup, we loved the property.

Perfect!

We stayed at this property over a weekend getaway with my family. The property is very well presented and clean. It felt like home. Has very nice views and is on a quite street. I would definitely recommend this property.
