The sign out from looks nice, clean and modern The inside is a whole different story First off, the smell of the place is like an old miners boot The smell of the room, like the miners socks It's a 40 year old hotel that's been painted and vacuumed maybe, 10 years ago

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Redding
The entrance door to our room needed to be lifted up to close. The breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

Emerald House - striking, remodel in tranquil, central neighborhood
Great location to see all the amazing sights near Redding. Home is very pet friendly with a low pet fee, so refreshing these days!Would have loved a few more days to see the waterfalls and more of Lassen.

overall, it was a good stay the view was great and the property manager Christie was very helpful! however, the 2 bathroom sinks were not working properly( faucet seemed clogged so water weren’t coming out) the cushions on the chairs outside were very dirty/stained. nice house but needs attention/and ...
