This house is newly remodeled with all new furnishings as well. Large fully fenced backyard has plenty of room for kids and animals. Extremely safe neighborhood.

Had a wonderful stay! My mom was moving and we needed a place to stay as things were being packed up and moved. This was such a relaxing place for my family to stay while we helped her move. My 7 year old daughter loved playing put put! My sister’s dog loved having space outside! Would stay here again!

Great home in Redding close to everything

This is a lovely house in a quiet neighborhood with great outdoor lounging space. And great indoor lounging space! Very clean, very comfortable, spacious. Close to downtown, close to Turtle Bay, close to groceries, and of course Redding is a hub for adventure, so adventure away! Or just stay here comfy the whole time. But if you have a low car like ours, it might scrape on the lip into the driveway when parking. Our corolla did, but ours does at our home anyway.

Decent No Frills Home

Good location near commercial on the East side of Redding. Quiet older neighborhood. Home was clean but really needs a little touch up (interior paint and basic repairs; had to “jiggle” the toilet after use as it continued to run). Just enough amenities for a couple, but may stretch to meet the needs of a family of 6 (extra blankets, silverware etc). Overall a decent “no frills” place.

Nice house Perfect location

The house was clean, plenty of space, large backyard, and tucked away in a quiet little neighborhood. The location was as advertised with only having to drive a couple of minutes for groceries, shopping, and entertainment.

The property was near to alot of things like grocery stores, shopping centers etc. The house it self was nice and spacious enough for a group of 6. Here are the things i didn't like...Upon entering the home we walked into the kitchen and seen sugar ants all over the counters throughout the whole stay no matter how many times you cleaned the counters, the hallway bathroom had an odar of wet stinky shower curtain, one of the hallway bedrooms had a rotten molded peach under the bed, one of the extra beds that pulls out from under another bed had filthy stained sheets that had dust and hair all over it (we endedup washing), the bath towels needed to be replaced because they weren't even white anymore (we went and bought our own), the flooring throughout the house didnt seem like it had been done, the garage door got jammed and we couldn't enter through it, finally but not least the front door takes several attempts to unlock and then relock. The cleaning should have been much better!

Great house in a beautiful city

Spacious, comfortable and beautiful. excellent kitchen provides good quality cookware including sharp knives. The putting green in the yard was a huge hit . Loved the big closets and large mirrors. The king sized bed was super comfy.

Beautiful rental. Super host!

My husband, grandson and I stayed 7 nights. It was very clean, comfortable and perfect. Great location to tour Mt. Shasta area. Very well equipped. Will definitely return to this house hopefully for a month! 5 stars

Casa Vereda Way

This home was exactly as pictured. It was very spacious and such a charm in a beautiful neighborhood. Centrally located and visiting with children we were about 6 minutes from all main attractions. It was perfect for our trip! The mini putt attraction added to the back spacious yard was a totaly bonus, the kids loved it! There is an abundance of towels, blankets and pillows to accomodate the space provided. There is also a bbq on the back patio for your use. I would recommend this in a heart beat and hope to be able to enjoy it again in our future when we visit the area!

Perfect stay for a family!

What an amazing home to stay in! Everything was beautiful inside and out. The host, Tiffany is extremely responsive and was great to work with. The home itself sits in a lovely and safe neighborhood. The attention to detail within the home was impressive. Tiffany did a wonderful job with the decor and making this space feel like a home during our stay. The backyard was absolutely stunning, too! It’s completely fenced off and my son had a blast playing on the small putting course that’s installed. Overall, we had a wonderful visit and if we ever visit the area again I’ll definitely be rebooking. I highly recommend this home especially if you have kids! This has by far been my favorite vacation rental I’ve stayed in. Thank you Tiffany!

Adorable Home with Amazing Amenities

The decor is recently updated and adorable throughout the house. The quality of amenities were such a nice experience, including great showers, the beds, pillows and linens were so comfortable, with plenty extra towels and sheets. The kitchen had anything you needed and then some. I held a small baby shower here and it worked out perfect. I had many compliments on what a nice place. The large backyard worked out really well to accommodate the guests. The access to the garage was huge to store our boxes Tiffany was great to work with. She was quick to answer all my questions. If I ever need a place to stay when I’m in Redding, I’ll definitely consider this home. It was comfortable, homey and so cute.
