Yes, Janet was welcoming. She inquired after our check in and a couple of other times to see if we needed anything. The unit should be improved in these ways: 1. The HVAC should be separate from the house. Although a space heater was provided, it blew the circuit. Janet asked if we would reset the breaker at the outside panel. After that, we relied on heat from the rest of the house, but it was often too hot at night. I didn't feel comfortable sending the host a text whenever the temperature needed adjustment. 2.The turbine vent on the roof makes rumbling noises when it spins. This noise caused sleep to be interrupted. 3. The path from the driveway to the unit is not smoothly paved. Instead it is a walkway that has been made from stones. Furthermore, there was no lighting at all. It was pitch black at night making for a dangerous walk from the car to the unit.
