This beachfront townhouse is like no other - with great views of the gulf coast, private beach access, and community pool, With this unit you are the closest townhouse in the entire complex. You are less than 50 steps from the Boardwalk to access the Beach! Sublime Sunset is non other than the best choice to stay on your beach vacation.

The Space:
Located in the SeaCliffs Community, you are only steps away from St. Joseph State Park and enjoy the wonder that is the forgotten coast. You are very close to great stores for purchasing and/or renting beach equipment and great restaurants for dining in or taking out.
This 3 bedroom 3.5 bath townhouse is tastefully decorated with nautical accents throughout.
The first floor has a spacious open living, dining, and kitchen area, entertaining friends and family is easy and enjoyable. A half bath is present on this floor. There is a surround sound stereo system and speakers on the outside deck as well. Plus access to the gulf front deck from the living area is an added bonus.
The second floor offers two comfortable rooms that have their own private bathrooms. The ocean side room has two twin beds and a daybed, and has access to a deck overlooking the gulf coast. The other 2nd floor room has a queen bed, and is very comfortable and well decorated.
The third floor is dedicated to the Master Suite. The Master Suite has a King Bed, and has the best view of the gulf with access to a private deck. The Master Bath is spacious and with a large tub for soaking, makes for a great place to relax.
You can definitely expect to have a relaxing fun filled vacation in a beautiful Townhouse with all the amenities. Star gazing at night is outstanding since there are little lights on Cape San Blas. The beaches are never crowded and it feels like your own private beach. We even leave our chairs on the beach at nights! You can still find beautiful seashells during the day and the kids can catch sand crabs at night with flashlights! If you choose you can even catch the WiFi signal from our condo on the beach! That's how close you'll be to the water!
PETS ARE DEFINITELY ALLOWED w/ owner's approval. Flat $149 per pet cleaning fee.

It was ok

We had to email the owner to get all check in information and WiFi and gate codes as we never received upon arrival, there was sand on the couch and everywhere when we got there so we had to clean when we got there as we had toddlers climbing around. The outlet went out to tv and WiFi so had to wait for someone to bring an extension chord to work the tv then had to use neighbors WiFi as it never worked again. The next day the hot water went out so my husband had to check water heater and breaker to try and figure out what may be going on. Ended up sending the plumber to replace elements and then it started back working. There isn’t any place to set anything in bathrooms and none of the outlets worked in the bathrooms so made it difficult when getting ready. You can’t easily pull your wagon or rinse off after the beach where the water hose if you have two vehicles parked it is a very tight squeeze. The owner was nice and tried to help us as much as he could, there was some communication lag due to him being in Hawaii though. You could hear the neighbors running as well; we have stayed at seaclifs for the past 5 years but this was the worst one we have stayed in so far as I think not as big as others, but more convenient since closer to beach.

Double booked and then wouldn't refund my money

Two days before I was supposed to arrive I reached out requesting check-in information. I had to get VRBO involved the night before I was supposed to leave because I still didn't have it. Only then did the owner respond and tell me he double booked the unit. He did reach out to a neighbor who had a vacancy and rented to me. He said he processed my refund and 3 weeks later I still don't have it. I reached out to him and he did not respond. I reached out to VRBO and they attempted to contact him and suggested I dispute the charge with my credit card which I did.

Comfy beds

The best thing about this condo was the comfortable beds. The dishwasher didn’t work all week. I did notify the owner. The beach view from 2nd & 3rd floor was wonderful. The laundry room is outside in the ground level. The condo complex was quiet and clean. The condo is easy to get to from the beach. I felt safe letting our kids run in to get whatever they needed.

Family getaway

Overall, Had a good stay! Weather and water were perfect. Unit was clean and easy to access. Had a 1 year old with us and overall felt he was safe, brought a baby gate with us to put at the bottom of the stairs, which helped a lot. A few areas that could be improved: Floor needs to be replaced, several areas with damaged tiles. Couches need to be cleaned or replaced, kind of dirty and fabric was itchy. Beach chairs provided were very rusty and two of them broke from use while we were there. Could use some hooks inside the entrance way for hats, towels, etc. Kitchen table and chairs a little too tight for the space, so not conducive for use for 5 adults, ended up spreading out and using the counter to eat. Liked the stools provided for the counter. Appreciated that they had some baby cabinet safety closures for under the sink cabinet.
