It was ok
We had to email the owner to get all check in information and WiFi and gate codes as we never received upon arrival, there was sand on the couch and everywhere when we got there so we had to clean when we got there as we had toddlers climbing around. The outlet went out to tv and WiFi so had to wait for someone to bring an extension chord to work the tv then had to use neighbors WiFi as it never worked again. The next day the hot water went out so my husband had to check water heater and breaker to try and figure out what may be going on. Ended up sending the plumber to replace elements and then it started back working. There isn’t any place to set anything in bathrooms and none of the outlets worked in the bathrooms so made it difficult when getting ready. You can’t easily pull your wagon or rinse off after the beach where the water hose if you have two vehicles parked it is a very tight squeeze. The owner was nice and tried to help us as much as he could, there was some communication lag due to him being in Hawaii though. You could hear the neighbors running as well; we have stayed at seaclifs for the past 5 years but this was the worst one we have stayed in so far as I think not as big as others, but more convenient since closer to beach.
