I brought my teenagers with me and they loved it too, fantastic location, a slice of heaven - so peaceful and being on the salmon river and steps away from the beach of Lake Ontario was a true blessing. Bring your own fishing equipment, you won’t catch much from the dock during this time - maybe a tiny brown trout or bass, gotta get out on the boat, didn’t catch anything at most access points. It was adorable, well stocked and the owner and his crew were constantly up-keeping it, even going as far as keeping the mosquitoes at bay. "This place was perfect for my husband and I. We took a quick trip to do a little fishing, so the location was great. Loved that it was tucked away off the main road. It was very comfortable, very clean, very quiet, and I loved the artwork around the cabin. This would be a great place for a multi family vacation with all the different cabins. "This property was amazing . From the minute we pulled in we were in aww. The pond was bigger than we thought . The cabin was very nice , clean and ready for us, Ed even started our fire for us ! All weekend we fished in warm , then cold rainy conditions , Ed and his wife even offered to take us on a guided kayak trip! We saw bald eagles, herons and ducks . Great weekend out away from everything , we will def be back !"
