This 4 bedroom Duplex with lock up garage is located on a quiet street with easy access to the Hastings River, walk/bike paths, parklands, Indoor Stadium and tennis courts. It is equipped with all your family needs and comfortably accommodates 7 people.
The home's open plan design connects the kitchen to a sunroom with the most tranquil settings, separate lounge room with a flat-screen TV and DVD player with a large array of DVD's.
The laundry has a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.
Also available is Wi-Fi, and a portable cot and highchair ( please bring your own linen for the portable cot ).
Port Macquarie is ideally located halfway from both Sydney and the Gold Coast, making it a great meeting place. With its extensive river system, fabulous beaches, and easy access to the ocean.
Port Macquarie offers surfing, fishing, diving, go-karting, bowling, cinemas, clubs, pubs, shopping and an amazing array of restaurants - truly something for everyone.
Also attractions such as Timbertown at Wauchope, The Billabong Koala Park, Camel Rides, local wineries, paragliding, boat tours - to see the local area and wildlife, as well as the local Koala hospital.
Due to the home being a residential area, there are strictly no parties or schoolies bookings.
The airport is located 2.5ks from this property.

Located adjacent to the river and just 5 minutes drive into town. 5 minute walk to Aldi, BCF and other shops. Clean as a whistle and has all you need to cook up your catch of the day! For me I was attending a family reunion in the same street, so it was the perfect location, and roughly the same price as they wanted for a 2 bedroom cabin in the Caravan Park down the road, but so much better and quieter!

Very happy. There is a bee hive somewhere close to the front door ( maybe in a crack in the wall they seem to come from ). They try to fly in the front door and the kids were a bit scared.
