Hosted by Dan and Renae, this cozy queen size, self contained unit is perfect for a relaxing stay. Close to all amenities and 15 min walk to Flynns Beach, which is best for surfing, fishing and sun baking.
Centrally located to town, cafes, restaurants and shops by car or bus.

The space...
Air conditioned space. Comfy queen size bed, TV, black out blinds, fan and doggie bed. The bathroom has towels, body wash and hair dryer. The kitchen has a kettle, induction hob, microwave, toaster and fridge. Its stocked with essentials such as; herbs and spices, olive oil, tomato sauce, breakfast spreads, margarine, water jug, coffee, a variety of tea, and pots and pans if you choose to cook. The property is fully fenced for pets to roam safely, all we ask that you clean up after your pets and deposit in the designated ‘poop bin’. Let us know what else your pet needs are to also have a comfortable stay.

Guest access...
Access the unit by walking down the path to your own sliding door entrance. A lock box contains the key and a PIN will be provided to you before your stay. There are signs to guide you and an instruction booklet in the room for more details about your stay.

Other things to note...
The owners live above the unit, but like to head off for weekend adventures.
Early check in requests are considered. Reach out to your friendly hosts.

Overall good, but I gotta point out that the place is very damp. Partly recent weather and partly the outdated infrastructure. This means a higher maintenance from the owner's end. And it is not up keeping to the level to not have it as an obvious issue. Everything in the place has a damp smell, the drains are slow going, almost clogged. Again, overall okay, but I cant say I felt comfortable or enjoyable.

Secure yard for dogs was great. Very clean little unit, easy entry. No parking on the property and uneven terrain to walk over back and forth to the car was difficult for slightly mobility impaired people (as we are).

Convenient place to stay in Port Macquarie!

Stayed one night with my dog inbetween a long drive. Easy check in process and a yard for the dog. Place had everything you needed. The only downside was that coffee cups and some cutlery were dirty, it is the guests responsibility to clean dishes but these should also be checked inbetween new guests arriving. Otherwise, great stay!

April 2025 stay

Comfortable and clean. The description of the kitchen online, gave the impression that there was a cook top or stove, however this was not the case. There were plenty of pots and pans with utensils but only a portable hot plate that only takes one pot at a time. The fridge was large and adequate for a house. Good yard for our dog, however a very steep pathway to your door which was a little dangerous in the wet. The outdoor light didn’t stay on long enough either. We did enjoy our stay overall.

Good value for money

This property reflected its advertising and was good value for money. It was very clean. my husband needed help with the door key and received quick and friendly assistance. I didn't expect to see shampoo and conditioner supplied but would have liked the body wash not to have been empty! Also the TV would not work - kept going around in a loop. however the internet was excellent.
