Set in a quiet residential area close to Shelly Beach (1.1km by car and 600m walking) and only 4km to the centre of town, a great place to relax, rewind and recharge.

As soon as you walk in the door, this charming tastefully decorated house gives you a very comfortable relaxing feel.

The property consists of 3 bedrooms with a queen sized bed in the main bedroom with compact ensuite, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and 2 single beds in the 3rd bedroom with all linen supplied.

The comfortable lounge area has a smart TV, DVD player and free Wi-Fi.  There is a wood fire heater to enjoy for the cooler months and air conditioning for the warmer months. Separate dining area which leads into the fully equipped kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher and microwave, and overlooks the enclosed back yard.

Out back there is a large undercover outdoor area with BBQ and outdoor setting, where you can kick back and enjoy an afternoon drink and a meal.

There is a fully enclosed back yard which is perfect for your beloved dog.

The property also features a laundry with washing machine and a lockable storage room for your convenience.

There is a refundable $500 bond for this property.

Bedding: Queen in main bedroom, queen in the 2nd bedroom and 2 singles in the 3rd bedroom, all linen is supplied.

Good location

Very breezy back yard was highlight - Air Con works well. Some Furniture is dated & carpet needs replacing with Vinyl planking or similiar. Needs security screen doors & windows

Spotlessly clean

We stayed here for a second time. It is anbsol spotless. Some other places we have stayed have not been the cleanest and had cockroaches and ants everywhere. Not so here. You just couldn’t get any cleaner. Very quiet, leafy area. Beautiful stay.

I would not stay there again.

Did not meet my expectations. Looked much better in the online photos. Needs general maintenance, shower had a slow continuous leak, the toilet in the ensuite also leaked and we did advise the agent, although it was not fixed during our stay. The out door area was very poor, All the real estate staff I dealt with were professional.

Fantastic, quiet, fully fenced…some plumbing issues such as shower drips constantly. Ditto for kitchen tap. But otherwise fabulous. Very clean!!

Great stay

We liked the location away from the town centre and the house was pretty much as advertised if not a little smaller than it appeared online. Good neighborhood. Great that we could take our dog. The outside chairs need replacing or repairing desperately (half not useable) but everything else worked. Screen doors on front and back doors would be good. Outdoor area was very pleasant. Response to a message about a full and smelly bin on arrival was quick. Great service. The house was a little smaller than pictures indicated but worked for 5 people.

Private quiet and very pet friendly

A very comfortable stay with all the conveniences of a fenced yard and more. Jazzi and I had a great stay and found Elders communications reliable and prompt. Highly recommended for pet lovers looking for a quiet stay to stay. Thank you.

Property owners have been so thoughtful and caring in thinking of all the extra things to make a holiday special. Presentation and cleanliness wonderful. And backyard undercover area and garden a delight. We loved it!

Top spot

Great spot, close to amazing Shelley Beach and short drive to other gems. Not too far from town too. House was nice, clean, well prepared. Only issue is we had some things go missing from out the front so don’t leave anything out front as a tip; even shoes.

Well catered for accomodation

Typical urban home very clean inside and owner has considered tenants by leaving various useful supplies in the home. Close to town and quiet neighbourhood. No negative comments, was a positive experience and thank the owners for thinking about its tenants.

Awesome place to stay, very clean and neat 10 minutes walk to Shelly beach!

Really enjoyed the place, very clean and neat with all the amenities and very close to all the beautiful beaches and town. Short walking distance to Shelly beach and Acres rainforest.
